Stuck at grade 10 SchoolRP.

Hello!! .
I have a problem with my Grade , it is correctly stuck at grade 10 .
it says whenever i wait for an hour for it to work that i have reached the maximum grade ( i am grade 10 not 12. )

i hope this problem could Get fixed as soon as possible and thanks for reading .
