Stuck in a block and can't do /spawn

I got stuck in a block under a train now and i tried doing /spawn which doesn't work and relogging which doesn't work aswell, what can i do?

Try contacting staff in both /help online and the discord server. If nobody's online, just wait a bit. Otherwise, try /espawn or something, but you might just have to wait an hour or so.
