Stuck under map

My username is shadowhider3 and i am stuck under the map and cannot do /spawn. Can someone help teleport me to spawn

Just do /help or /espawn. Try to move too if /espawn doesn't work.

Report to an admin on the Discord server. I suggest rebooting your PC and/or Minecraft client to hopefully resolve the issue. The issue could be that there's a memory leak with your computer which typically occur when there's a code error with the server or client, so as listed rebooting your PC is the best option.
