Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I'm on the server about 3-4 hours a day. School sometimes cuts me off, but on the weekends I'm on about 4-6 hours. I'm currently not on the forums a lot, but I'm trying to be more active.

What is the Student Council?:
The purpose of the Student Council is to ensure through negotiation, collaboration, co-creation, the interests and needs of the students are being fulfilled to the best possible standard.
What happens in the School Council?:
The main purpose of the School Council is to ensure the leadership teachers and day-to-day operations work effectively and efficiently, without impacting the education, learning and overall positive experience of the students.
Do you prefer to work alone or in a group?:
This depends on the situation, but usually I'd prefer working in a group to achieve the most creative result.
Do you have any experience Roleplaying?:
I've been on this server for three years, and I've improved more and more over the years. I have asked a few friends of mine to rate me in this concept, and most of them have said I'm pretty decent, especially when I write paragraphs.
Roleplay Scenario
You are on the Student Council and the chairman submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
I confront the chairman, and point out negative points of his idea, in other cases all negative points. I will discuss the idea with him, exchanging points and opinions until we co-create a new idea. I will prove that the idea needs more work, by getting other Councillor(s) to help me negotiate and remind us all what our current strategic initiatives and goals are.
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?:
I will question them, (asking why they hate the idea, what I can do to change it so more people think positively of it) I'll take advice from other Councillors, and if students suggest the same, I will change that aspect of the idea, allowing it to grow.
There is a split decision on an idea. The Councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
I attempt to calm everybody down, and discuss the idea formally, which I think usually leads to an agreement. I will also ask questions to some who disagree with accepting the idea, (Why do they disagree? What brings them to the disagreement?) I won't pick any sides, but will try to make both "sides" civil, so that the solution can be forged faster.

Why do you want this position? : I'm motivated to support the school, help it improve the experience of the students, and bring the Student Council a tray full of differences and improvements, especially the improvements others want, so that as many students are happy and satisfied with their school experience.
Personal Reason: I've realized that a lot of my relatives and friends thing negatively of their school experience, and I'm motivated to try and make them think of school more positively, especially trying to bring more fun and excitement into the education. / I am a great believer that when school create the interest, education happens.
