Describe your activity on the server & the forums?:
I am on the server a minimum of 3-4 hours a day. A majority of my time on the server is spent during school days. On the forums, I have spent most of the last months lurking and reading people's apps for different positions. And not until recently finding out what the Student Council was/did, had I created an account to apply.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council?: A collection of students brought together on means to help set up and plan events for the student body. The Student Council also serves as an opportunity for those a part of it to experience leadership at a young age in life and improve the relations between the school staff and student body.
Who or what brought you to apply for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc): One day, Nikko Soomin himself approached a different character of mine and told me to take my mask off. After a short conversation with him oocly, I was interested in what the Student Council was on SRP and what they do. He explained it more on discord and it's brought me to going ahead and applying.
What does the school council of Karakura do?: The Student Council enforces the 21 policies of Karakura High on school grounds. They assist students in any form they can when available and planing/setting up any school-related events happening on the server. Such as helping newer players that are asking questions about how commands about the school work, how to properly not minge through classroom doors, and general knowledge. The assistance can go on beyond just oocly though of helping newer players but walking students to the nurse, making a student feel less lonely by playing sports with them when no one else will and helping them find an appropriate faculty member when they are looking for a counselor or private tutor.
How would you describe your work ethic?: I have a strong work ethic. I like to see things done from start to finish. If I am a part of a project in any way, I want to be able to see it done from the first step taken to the last step and how the project either affects those involved or how it was received by its audience.
What interests you the most about the student council?: I would like to see the school maintain a professional image with a respectable student body by enforcing the school policies. Another reason is being able to help brainstorm ideas for school events with other council members and help see events through. But mostly, enforcing the 21 policies that seem to be broken regularly throughout the school daily and hoping not to be beaten up for it.
Do you have experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?: I have played multiple campaigns of DnD over 9 years now. I've been on multiple Minecraft roleplay servers. I was a part of three different Guild Wars 2 roleplay guilds. An extensive roleplay history on Garry's Mod. I've done theatrical works as well, including an improv group if you count those as roleplaying experiences. Roleplaying has been a part of my life for the past 9 years in multiple ways and I love it.

SCENARIOS

You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?: If someone brought up an idea that I considered awful. I would look for the silver lining of the idea and subtly but aggressively tell them why it's terrible. But at the same time try and help the idea grow as each idea has some potential. If the one who provided the idea still couldn't see why their idea is considered awful, I would be blunter and more assertive towards them about the defects of their idea. Each idea could be salvaged and used to mold a better idea from theirs
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?: I'd ask why everyone thought the idea was horrid, followed up by if anyone had any suggestions on how to improve my idea. I would remain levelheaded as each idea can be tunnel-visioned with their flaws overlooked. I would try to have my idea turned into something that can be used rather than scrapped if it's something I thought was a nice idea. But still, if the opposition was super against the idea, I would drop the idea completely and move on.
There is a split decision on an idea. The councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?: I would hesitate to interject right away unless things became violent. I would let them vent their frustrations out for a few moments and then intervene. I'd rather let them realize their own flaws in self-control before I try to assist in ending the argument.
A councilor is stirring up problems and abusing their position on school grounds! What would you do?: As soon as spotting the councilor, I would approach them and question them if they realized that they were currently stepping the bounds of their power. If they were not aware of the problems they were causing, I would assertively inform them of their actions that are out of line with their position in the Student Council and ask them to stop and apologies for their misconduct to the students or possibly faculty of the school. Next, I would inform their corresponding council president of their behavior; or if it was quite serious, approach the Dean on the situation.
The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?: Depending on the situation of whether it was a meeting or an everyday conversation, my response would be different. As for a meeting, I would wait for them to finish their current thought on the subject before asking why they thought that way on the topic or how they had planned to do an event. I'd prefer to have a good understanding of where they are coming from before trying to go completely against what they are saying. For the everyday conversation that I may come across with the president, I'd be dismissive of it because their personal opinion would have no correlation to how I treat them in their role as president.
There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councilors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?: I would approach the perpetrator of the drama and discuss with them what the problem was and where the tension was building from. If for a small problem, I would try and assist the perpetrator in approaching the victim of the situation and bury the hatchet between the two. As for a larger problem, I would contact the president and see if they were aware of the current tension inside of the council and ask if there was a way I could help in easing it and keeping the council running smoothly so that drama wouldn't seep outside of it and into the rest of the school; possibly ruining the council's reputation.

IN-CHARACTER PERSPECTIVE QUESTIONS

Character Name: Isabella Allard
Character Gender: Female
Character Age: 18
Character phone-number: 579-244-355
A summary of how they act- your character’s personality: Isabella is an assertive and straight-forward woman. She follows the rules strictly and thinks of academics as a higher priority over sports in school; seeing sports as a barbaric activity. There is an extreme disgust for ****y or omnipotent natured others on the school grounds, yet considers herself above those on sports teams and is unaware of her hypocrisy. Despite her slight god complex, she holds a level headed attitude and prefers to attempt to debate/compromise her way out of the conflict over violence.
Character appearance/attire: Isabella has a light/fair skin tone with slight to no imperfections or blemishes. Her black hair rests down her back which was complemented by her deep brown eyes. She stood at five feet and seven inches, her weight fluctuating around 120 pounds. Her posture staying nearly perfect at all times from self-respect and discipline. Her attire is varied from having multiple outfits and tries to dress according to the seasons.
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?: The thing that separates me from other candidates for the councilor position is my sternness and desire to see the school flourish. What I may lack in experience I make up with eagerness and willingness to take on responsibility as a representative of the student body. I have strong intentions to see that the school is viewed as a professional and well-behaved school.
Why do you want this position?: I want this position due to being able to take on a leadership role and help the student body improve themselves. As well as I would like to have a sense of responsibility during high school to improve myself for later on in life by undergoing a small leadership position. A large motive for me and joining the Student Council is being able to help monitor the consistent breaking of the school's policies that I seem to witness endlessly throughout the halls and courtyards.
What interests you the most about student council?: The single most interesting thing to me is being able to partake in helping with the school-related events and planning of them. Along with that is being able to find a sense of accomplishment in my part of any events or activities that the Student Council assists in. The whole concept of being able to plan and help run the events that are school associated is very intriguing and something I would love to be recognized for eventually.
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?: What I could contribute that would make the school a safer environment, is my strictness towards the policies. It already bothers me enough to see many of the students break them consistently even after being told off by school faculty. I see my stringent views toward the policies could help improve the environment of the school by regulating it.
