Describe your activity on the server?:
I'm on every weekday around 7:00am to 8:00am. I am later in the day at 4:00pm and don't get off until 10:00pm, unless I have dinner breaks or my family needs me.

Are you aware that inactivity for more than 15 days without an inactivity log will result in removal from the council?:

I am very aware and ready to keep that from happening.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council?:

A group of students that are elected by other students to organize events, activities, and concerns regarding the school.

Who or what brought you to apply for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc): In real life school, I am in my school's student council. I also love organizing and solving problems.

What does the school council of Karakura do?:
They organize fun events for the students and themselves to enjoy, as well as solving or helping out issues around the school.

How would you describe your work ethic?:
I love working in general and when I am working no matter what I am having fun. I am a leader in anything I do, and I love solving problems and issues. I also enjoy organizing events and helping other students out, no matter who they may be.

What interests you the most about the student council?:
Getting to organize and plan events, like dances, parties, and such.

Do you have past experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?: Schoolrp is the only roleplaying I have done and so far my experience with it is amazing. At first I was skeptical about the whole thing but once I got to understand how to play it, it really has helped me in different ways. I understand this is a roleplay and not real situations, but even then it helped me to solve problems, learn new things, and character build.

SCENARIOS
You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:

I try to tell them in the nicest way that their plan won't work, but not just tell them, but show them in my point of view. I try to let them understand why the idea is bad.

In a situation where you propose an idea, and everyone else dislikes it. How would you go about this?:
I would try to help them understand my point of view and why I believe it would work. If that doesn't work then I would not go with my idea, because I am not alone in a group. I am apart of a group of people, who also decides what happens to our school.

There is a split decision on an idea. The councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
Compare your ideals with reality. One way leaders think of new ideas is by imagining how things “should be” and then matching that picture with the present reality. To begin this process I could begin by describing what the ideal school environment would be. I make sure we all know that we have to all agree on what is right for our school.

A councilor is stirring up problems and bullying students on school grounds! What would you do?:
I would tell the councilor they should stop, but if they continue to do the abusive behavior, I will have to inform the principle.

The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?:
I would ask him/her if they could see why my idea in a different point of view would work and why it would help our environment. I would try my best not to get in an argument.

There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councilors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?:
I would explain to them that this is inappropriate and childish behavior. Then if they continue to act this way I would inform the council president or if it got too messy the police and or principle.

There’s a school faculty member abusing their power on school grounds! What do you do?:
I would ask them if this is helping anyone in any way, and I would also say that they should be abusing the power and the responsibility that is given to them. If they continue to do so, I would inform the council president/or principle.

Your friend has been given detention and has asked you to get them out of trouble. What do you do?:
I would tell them that they were put in detention, not so teachers could laugh at them, but so they would learn from their mistakes. I would try to help them understand what they did was wrong and that asking me to be a bad role model is not good. I would also inform a teacher. I would be disappointed in my friend and, I also know I would be pretty sad that I was going against someone that I thought would have better judgment.

Try applying for other roles or languages before council, and double check any spelling errors!

Thank you for applying nonetheless!
