Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
Normally, I'm a quite active player. However, I take 1 day of the week to finish my schoolwork OOCly. But on that day I'm still online and semi-active with RP. I'd say on forums, I'll view a few applications and stuff. Although not staff, it's interesting to see people's motivation and such. Shooting a shot at it if I feel necessary, with my own ideas and motivation. Otherwise, I'd look at some of the general posts. But I dedicate plenty, or over-time towards RPH/SRP. My hours online are during school (or after) all the way up to 4-7am PST.


TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council?:
Student Council is basically it's name. The Council is run by the many students of the school. The students are elected by their dedication towards making the school a protected, fun environment. Followed by their ideas towards holding fundraisers, etc. Directed towards the school, they are working together as a group to find a solution on ideas. Allowing an adult working at the school to supervise the Student Council's work, as well as help in some situations.

Who or what brought you to applying for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc):
What brought me here was the thought of new people, instead of existing for about no reason. Nothing much. .. I saw council applications before, but decided that I'd wait a bit more for college. No one motivated me, as I've decided to do this by myself. Considering that I'd hope to get along with the fellow council members along the way. As well as meeting new citizens! As I personally believe motivation or not, you should still go for what you deem necessary. As you can create your own mind, creativity, and motivation.

What does the school council of Karakura do?:
Karakura's council mainly helps around the subjects of making the place feel safer. No matter where the citizen, student, or anyone is. However, they mainly focus on the school. Keeping the students safe, with many plans to decrease the chances of danger. Directing plenty of attention at school. Following, the school council of karakura would mainly focus on school,as well as do a few of the following: Activities, Assistance in Tryouts, and Introducing newer Students!

How would you describe your work ethic?:
I personally believe I have a strong work ethic. I'd mainly focus on finishing anything that was started. If I were asked to, and if I has started it on my own. Sometimes I'd break out of character personality. .. which is not so often.

What interests you the most about the student council?:
My biggest interest towards student council is the fact that they service under the school. It's like a job, but you don't get paid for it. And you can do it willingly! Something that pairs to that is the fact that the student council does much more than just be a council person. They continue the

Do you have past experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?:
I'd say I have quite a long roleplay experience. It varies from quite a lot of servers. Mainly from SRP. As I began roleplaying on my brothers account, the first time ever was basically the beginning of my entertainment source. Personally, I'd say I have as much as 4-5 years of Roleplay Experience. Which. ..- I'd somewhat consider a lot?

SCENARIOS

You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
If someone had submitted a poor idea, I wouldn't directly respond telling them "It's trash," or "It's an awful idea" directly. I'd attempt to word it in a nicer way, such as that it could have a few changes or additions. If it had gone worse from there, I'd state my opinion. That it'd been a disagreeable, or an adverse idea. Continuing to suggest a few more ideas. Of course, not stealing the spotlight towards their idea. If anything further, it'd be dealt with in a calm manner.

You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?:
Responding calmly to the situation, I'd most likely take a moment to think of a few additions. Going for at least 2 ideas. And if that hadn't worked I'd attempt to come up with a similar, yet more brilliant idea. .. If it continues to be disliked, I'd ask for dismissal back towards my seat or place. In order to continue thinking before any issues or such pop up.

There is a split decision on an idea. The councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
If it were a possibility to sense the tension in the air as time flew, I'd possibly try to minimize my interference. As there's not much to be said. However, when it turns into an argument I'd attempt to help dissolve. If any other council members had been around then I would ask them if they could help tone down the issue. Or at least stop the argument. On the other hand though.. . if I had been the only one aside the argument.. . as always I'd try to make it easier. If that hadn't worked then I'd step into the argument and ask if they could just tone it down a bit and re-think on the decisions. As there's always a moment needed often to double-decide.

A councilor is stirring up problems and abusing their position on school grounds! What would you do?:
First, I'd take a shot at confronting them before doing anything else. If that had failed, then I'd continue with another idea. .. If I had been elected to be a member, I'd of course report them. Member or not. As a councilor is supposed to follow their rules. With their ability, abusing it could cause issues against the school and students. As Karakura's a passive aggressive community there's many things that could happen. . . But continuing onto the report, I'd catch the important details. Following up on anything that he/she'd done. Searching for the Principal, Vice-Principal or the Vice-President, etc. Anything that were in a higher hand.

The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?:
Of course, if I had disliked it that much. .. . depending on what it was, I'd try my best to react.. . However, not everything is calm. With my best efforts to keep it calmer, the response that most likely would dissolve it would be that I had disagree'd with it. If anything had been questioned, then of course I would explain why I felt that way. Going against what was said, of course it varies on how it goes from there. As they are the president.. .. something should dissolve it with ease. Or, with a little more effort than expected.. . .

There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councilors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?:
Mainly, I'd focus on attempting to conversate between the two councilors. If it'd continued, of course I'd attempt to dissolve it once more using some common sense. Telling them what had changed about their work ethic before continuing to start the conversation calmly instead. Attempting to be reasonable about their spots as a councilor. As they could dissolve it by taking their role into consideration. If anything had further happened, it'd be best to get the Vice President, or President involved.

Aitenshi had been a Korean, Japanese female, so mainly her personality seemed different. Yet adapted.. . towards Karakura. She'd followed a basic trend sometimes, performing with a calm attitude. Often, reacting towards situations with a quieter manner. Following towards her liking to animals. Mainly parrots, etc.

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
The main thing separating me from other applicants is the fact that I'm willing to risk anything towards staying up. As many people join, and then leave. I'll be willing to stay until I'm removed, or until I have to leave to open a spot due to inactivity. Which is quite rare. Considering that I'm a pretty active player. .. . Besides the activity and such, I'm a quite creative person who isn't afraid to state my opinion. Unless of course, it's something that's inappropriate under the topic.

Why do you want this position?:
The main reason that I'd participate in being a council-woman is that I could use my creativity. As others express theirs, it's an environment to share your thoughts and ideas. Assisting in what's needed to succeed from the school, encouraging the best out of time. Not only to help out your team, group, but to help out the students. As you create an idea that could be agreed upon, it's not so simple. Quite often, people find the need to do something for the clout or such. But I'd just be willing to help out towards what's needed more.

What interests you the most about student council?:
What catches my interest in the council is about how creative their minds are per each person. With a creativity forming a bond between a group, it's teamwork that interests me. As it's a tough job, it'd be a newer one to try out for an experience. And a team. As not only sports teams can be close, but a council works together.

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
The most I could contribute as a human could most likely be a daily stroll around... . as I am a rather vibrant, yet dimmer personality. I'd say that I could provide kindness towards the school, as well as the people attending Karakura High. As a regular council woman should, of course responsibility is in the part. Considering it takes more than just confidence to be a role model.
