Suggestion - Real Estate and Construction

The way this would work is as follows:
#1 The construction team and Real Estate team is obviously something that people would apply for.
#2 The construction teams job would be to -
build stores, houses, apartments or extend them install basements etc all for $.
The head construction guy would take a percentage and the team gets payed through him.
#3 Realtors would offer already built houses and hire the construction team to build buildings and such. Shopkeepers as well as everyone else would rent from them and they would be in charge of dispersing the buildings and property.

We don't need a construction team, you can hire the Build-Team if you'd like them to build shops, ect. ect. for you, and as stated to several ideas before this one, realtors aren't really needed as this is SchoolRp and not CityRP
