Suggestion!

WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: I think we should add a thing which means when u get hurt it adds something, say u fell out of a tree and did the /me action /me falls out of tree. In the chat it would say [!] You now have a broken leg wait here until someone comes to help [!] And you could turn it off if you are not rping, or find it annoying, also you could get like sprained ankles and bruises I just think this would be epic.
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
I think this would add an extra bit of fun as you can add further roleplay experience for some, if you didn't want this then you could use /hurt to turn on and off, if you didn't want this. I totally understand others have different opinions!

Although I myself don't see the point in adding an automatic message that pops up in your chat (since people can just ignore it and proceed without PainRP-ing), there's technically a way to make it "fairer". For example, let's say you're chasing someone down and they jump off a tall building/surface. Even if they did fail to PainRP and you can get staff to re-do the situation, it would be more fun and dynamic if they get a slowness effect for, let's say, 30 seconds, for having jumped from such a high platform. Now, of course, if someone falls off a 20-block surface, there's no realistic way for them to survive that, meaning that you'll have to reach out to staff. However, if they jumped off a house's balcony, or fell off a relatively high distance from the mountain, it would make it fairer for all parties if they got some debuff out of it, instead of reaching out to staff to re-do a simple situation.

However, I myself don't know how hard this would be to code, not to mention that we have things that we must prioritize first

  • Unfortunately, this feature isn't really a priority to the server as it can be done by the players through /me's and /it's.
  • For example if you jumped off a high distance, you can do a /me or a /it explaining the damage it did to your character and go on with the process of getting yourself healed up.
