EVIDENCE: I right clicked with the school planner AGAIN like barely a day or two after I got the replacement and ended up losing my custom that was in my off-hand again because of the bug...
Here you can see it in my off-hand actively present, which is what caused it to go poof (and it will not exist anymore in the server or anyone else's inventory which confirms, again, that it vanished due to the bug). I will try to not turn my brain off like that again. Sobbing.
