EXPLENATION: I have been playing this server for over multiple years and am switching accounts because my old account has personal info for an older username and I'd like to turn that account into a secondary one. There are a lot of problems with that account such as an old email address that I can't change and such. On top of this on my new account I am stuck on grade 7 and have been for a bit. Is it possible to rank up my new account to grade 12 please?
