Describe your activity on the server:
I'm pretty active in school roleplay and enjoy being part of the community. Right now, I’m on the Bobcat Dodgeball team, which I’m involved with and trying to stay engaged with to get more roleplaying experiences. I also work in real life, so I don’t always have a set schedule, but I still make time to log in. I’m usually on during the night hours in EST, and I get online during the day when I’m off work. Even with a busy life, I do my best to stay active and be part of what’s going on in the server. I would make a chart for my activity but with my schedule not being set its hard to make an accurate one. I most commonly close at my job which has me getting off around 9PM EST.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I started playing School Roleplay around the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023. At first, I mostly spent my time in the Criminal faction. During that time, I created a Verified Gang, which was a really fun experience. It let me be creative, and it also helped inspire other people to try out similar types of roleplay, which was really cool to see.
Not long after that, I made the switch into Jock Roleplay and joined the sports side of things. I’ve been a part of a bunch of different teams since then. Right now, I’m proudly on the Dodgeball Team, and I really enjoy it. Before that, I played on High School Female Football, College Men’s Basketball, College Baseball, and High School Female Basketball. I’ve had a lot of different experiences with each of them, and I honestly don’t regret joining any of the teams. They all helped me grow and meet new people.
I also spent about four months as a Judge in the Government faction. I was eventually let go because of some missed responsibilities on my end. Even though I got removed, I still had a great time while I was there. I enjoyed the role a lot, and I even came close to being Employee of the Month, which I thought was pretty cool!
What is your motivation for applying?
Even though I’ve done a lot of different things in this server, I’ve always thought EMS was really cool. I’ve had friends in the EMS faction like Shadow and Chancy and they’ve told me how great the experience is. For a while, I was kind of nervous that my past mistakes might hold me back. But honestly, life’s too short to sit around worrying about whether I’ll get accepted or not, so I decided I’d go for it!
What really draws me to EMS is how it connects with real life. My mom is actually a nurse in real life. She used to work in a hospital and now she works as a Home Health Nurse. She wasn’t doing the full-on doctor stuff, but it was still really cool to see her help people. That’s something that stuck with me and made me think EMS could be something I’d enjoy too.
I’m also applying for the psychiatrist role because I’ve always been the type of person my friends come to when they need advice. A lot of them have even told me, “You should be a the****** in real life!” So I figured, why not try it out in a video game first? I know that being a psychiatrist isn’t just about talking or doing mental evaluations it goes much deeper than that. But I’m interested in learning more. Just applying for the faction is already helping me understand more about the job, and I think that’s really exciting.

Doctor

Paramedic
| Paramedics are kind of like doctors but with extra tasks. They respond to emergency calls (like 110 in Karakura) and help people who can’t make it to the hospital themselves. Paramedics either treat the person on the spot or bring them to the hospital in an ambulance. They still do what doctors do but also need to be quick and able to get to scenes fast. This role usually goes to someone with experience in EMS. |
Psychiatrist
| Psychiatrists focus on treating patients with mental health issues by diagnosing conditions, offering therapy, and prescribing medication. They guide patients through managing their struggles, often suggesting personalized strategies. For instance, one of my characters had trouble expressing emotions, so the psychiatrist recommended carrying a notebook to write things down. I think they might also handle medication distribution, though I’m not entirely sure. |
Hospital Director
| The director is the big boss of the whole EMS faction. They make sure everything is running smoothly. They help pick new members, manage training, check on everyone’s progress, and handle any big issues. |

| These are the people in charge of each department. They help run their section, make sure everyone’s doing what they’re supposed to, and help out with training or deciding who gets in. If something’s going wrong in your department, you’d probably talk to them first. |

I don’t really know a whole lot about the EMS faction just yet. Most of what I understand comes from what my friends have told me. They’ve explained things to me here and there, and I’ve just picked up pieces from listening to them talk about it. Some of it makes sense to me just from common knowledge, like what doctors or paramedics usually do. I haven’t been in the faction myself before, but I’ve always thought it seemed interesting. I’m still learning, but I’m open to finding out more and trying something new. I think joining would be a good way for me to learn while also being a part of something that helps others in roleplay.

Yes, I do acknowledge that applying for Psychiatrist I have to be 100% dedicated to the Hospital Staff role.

"I'm pretty experienced when it comes to the medical field both physical and mental. I was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, so I'm fully Japanese. I graduated from Kyoto University and worked at a hospital there for a while. I was a doctor back home, but after getting recommended for a transfer here, I decided to take the chance. Now, I’m more focused on becoming a psychiatrist. I just wanted something new in life something fresh, you know?"
Takemi reached into her purse and pulled out her diploma's. It read out Tae Takemi Master Degree and another one reading medical school and residency training.
"I'm pretty experienced when it comes to the medical field, both physical and mental. I graduated from Kyoto University back in Japan and worked at a hospital there. I was a doctor, but after getting recommended for a transfer here, I decided I wanted to try something new. So now, I’m more focused on becoming a psychiatrist. It feels like a fresh start, you know?"

"I follow Shintoism it’s something I’ve believed in since I was young. Growing up in Kyoto, it was part of my everyday life. I try to keep that with me, even now. I visit shrines when I can, give offerings, and pray for peace and health not just for myself, but for others too. It helps keep me grounded, especially in a busy job like this."

Character Backstory (Optional):
Tae Takemi was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, where she studied medicine and graduated from Kyoto University. After earning her degree, she began working at a local hospital, gaining experience in both physical and mental health care. She enjoyed her time there, working closely with patients and learning from her peers, but over time, she started to feel like she needed a change something different to help her grow both personally and professionally.
After hearing about the hospital in Karakura from a colleague, she was encouraged to apply for a position. The idea of starting fresh in a new city, while still doing what she loves, felt right. She accepted the transfer and made the move, choosing to shift her focus from general practice to psychiatry. For Takemi, Karakura offered a new pace, new challenges, and a chance to help people in a different way.

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

“ I’m is well trained in Emergency Medicine, which was my main focus while studying in Kyoto. I learned how to handle urgent and serious medical cases, like injuries and sudden illnesses. This Keeps me pretty strong when it comes to helping calm things down when dealing with emergencies.”
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Takemi smiled and shook her head.
"Once being born my mother pretty much already had me in scrubs! So no, I've only really worked as a doctor. I guess you can count when I was younger working the front desk at a clinic for extra credit, but other than that I've always been on this path!"
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Tae has smooth caramel skin. She was born and raised in Kyoto, but her parents are originally from California before they moved there. She’s about 5'4" with long black hair that falls down her back. Her big brown eyes and glossy lips stand out, and she always looks calm and put together kind of like someone you might see in a magazine. She usually wears a light, fresh scent something like Bath & Body Works’ Japanese Cherry Blossom that fits her soft and gentle vibe.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Since Tae worked in a hospital before, she’s learned how to stay calm in all kinds of situations. She understands how important it is to be quiet, respectful, and aware of the people around her. Some patients might be having the best day of their lives maybe they got good news or are finally feeling better. But others might be going through something really hard, like pain, loss, or fear. Tae knows how to handle both. She gives people the space and kindness they need, no matter what they’re going through. It’s part of what makes her a good medical professional.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Takemi has a social battery that can run low sometimes. She doesn’t mind working with people, especially when everyone stays focused on the task at hand. But when people start getting off topic or talking too much, it can be a little overwhelming for her. She prefers when things stay on track and everyone does their part. Still, when work is done, Takemi has no problem letting loose. She enjoys joking around and having a good time with her coworkers and friends. Outside of work, she’s much more relaxed and loves to laugh and have fun.
