In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Chefs are mostly in the cafetaria preparing/cooking the meals and handing them out food for the childeren/students or other coworkers at break times. examples for prepping a meal would mean like cutting something up in small or large pieces, seasoning food or maybe even making a smoothy or something simple like putting the appels in the fridge. and a duty of the chef is to ask for any allergies or asking if they want somethimg vegan or normal.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
i have many sorts of experiances with roleplaying on platforms like: roblox, minecraft, character.ai and janitor ai and i like to do it.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
i want join the school faction ofcourse for the yen but also to gain more experiences of different sides of karakura. and because i would like the adult role so i can start a functioning family ig.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Hanato would be in the kitchen preparing the meals like always and hears someone cursing and would walk to the front of the kitchen so he could be heard clearly and he would say with firm but still kind voice "Watch your mouth Kid. next time i hear you say something like that again i will have to give you a detention note. okay?" then he would walk back to his original spot and continues doing what he was doing.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Hanato would run to the fight with a firm face while running he would grab his radio and report the fight on the radio face and when he arrives he would pull the person off the other if needed and he would stand between them and look if someone has any serious injuries and then he would ask "What was this about huh?" with a firm voice and when he received his anwser or not he would hand them a detention note.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Hanato would walk up to the coworker and he would say that it isnt right what the coworker is doing and it would need to stop. and if the coworker continues he would go to a higher-up or just somebody that could help out.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Hanato would be sitting on a couch or just leaning on something with a calm appearance while texting/talking to his family and/or friends.

/me Hanato would grab a knife and a cutting board and lays the cutting board on the counter and the knife on the cutting board. then he would walk up to the fridge and grabs a couple tomatoes and walks back to the counter and lays the tomatoes on the cutting board. he would grab the kinfe and he would slice the tomatoes in small cubes with a firm grip on the knife and when they are all slices in little cubes he would put them in a bowl.
/me Hanato would be at the front counter and serving the people in the break. he is wearing some plastic glove to keep it hygienic and then the next person would come and he would ask the person with a kind voice and a slight smile on his face "hey what would you like today? a vegan meal or a regular meal?" When he gets his anwser he would put the food on a tray from the things that are on the menu that day and gives it to the person.
/me The break would be over and the kitchen is a little bit a mess so he decides to clean it up a bit so he grabs a cloth and sprays some cleaner on it and cleans the counters at first. when hes done he would grab a broom and cleans everything that would lay on the ground and when there isnt a crumb on the ground anymore he would grab a mop to do the final cleaning part and mops the ground until it shines so much your eyes would start to hurt.

Backstory
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"I wanted to work here so I can see my family at work and so i can make people smile by giving them something to eat. ann because i love working with childeren. i also wanted to work here because i know people that work at this school and they told me this is the place to be so i wanted to check it out, and i mean i went to school here to for a while so you know i wanted to have the nostalgia and i have a niece that also wants things so i would like to buy things for her."
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
well i might not have the greatest reputation and might not be the most populair guy on srp i am online often or have the opportunity to get online and i have applied many time for many factions. and i hope i get a shot at it.

Backstory
Hanato’s journey to becoming an employee was anything but straightforward. His early life shaped much of who he would become. even if it was filled with difficulties and lessons learned the hard way. Growing up in a family where his parents were always busy running their oil business, Hanato often felt like he didn’t matter to anyone. His parents treated him more like a worker than a child making him take on tasks for their company even when he was far too young. He didn’t understand why they couldn’t just let him have a normal childhood and no matter how hard he worked it never seemed to be enough. When he made a small mistake at work his parents anger boiled over and they kicked him out of the house. He was only eight years old at the time he was left to fend for himself with nothing but a suit and 100 yen in his pocket. For days Hanato wandered the streets unsure of where to go or what to do. He struggled to find food and a place to sleep and the harshness of the streets left him scared and vulnerable. he met two older boys who were around 16 and 17. They seemed kind at first, taking him in and sharing what little they had. For the first time in a long while Hanato felt like someone cared about him. They became like older brothers to him even though their lives were far from stable. Over time however, their true intentions began to show. When Hanato turned 14, the boys convinced him to join them in a plan to rob his parents house. They told him it was a way to get revenge and make some money. Hanato didn’t want to go along with it but they kept pushing him and he didn’t want to lose the only people who had shown him any kindness/love. The plan went terribly wrong. Inside the house, they found a young child Hanato’s younger brother, though he didn’t know it at the time. The other boys decided to kidnap the child to demand ransom money. Hanato felt trapped and unsure of what to do, and things got out of control. After the ransom was paid Hanato thought it was over, but his 'friends' betrayed him. blaming the entire scheme on him to save themselves. Hanato was left to face the consequences alone feeling betrayed and more alone than ever. Over the next few years Hanato had to grow up quickly. He took on any odd jobs he could find to survive from cleaning to working in small shops. He became resourceful learning how to navigate life on his own. While he found it hard to trust people after everything that had happened he also became resilient and independent. When he turned 18 Hanato started to reflect on his past and the family he had lost. He decided to take a DNA test out of curiosity and discovered that he had a younger brother who might still be alive in Karakura. This discovery gave him a sense of purpose and led him to the city. Arriving in Karakura Hanato quickly found out his brother was already dead so he used the survival skills he had developed over the years to find work and establish himself. After trying out different jobs he eventually found his passion in cooking. He had always enjoyed preparing meals during his time living alone. finding it both the****utic and rewarding. This love for cooking led him to pursue a position at Karakura High as a chef. To achieve this Hanato earned a major degree in Culinary Arts and a minor degree in Hospitality Management which gave him the skills and knowledge to excel in his role. Working at the school gave him a sense of stability and a chance to be part of a community and to make money. He enjoyes preparing meals for the students and staff finding pleasure in creating the dishes that brought smiles to their faces. Becoming a chef at Karakura High maked a turning point in Hanato’s life allowing him to finally build a future so he would be proud of while leaving his difficult past behind.
