I've recently fully come back to SRP after a break (I really needed it) so I'm picking up on activity and I'm being as active as my IRL job allows me to be. I'd like to be around the total hours I used to play but my work won't let me, however I really do my best to be active!

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
As a whole concept, the idea of being a professor is one of many ways to revive College as they're the ones who host classes, though for all I've seen college students don't really feel passionate when a class is being hosted. Upon acceptance, I intend to make the subject both interesting and fun. I feel like it is time to extend my roleplay experience into something bigger and practice what I've learnt from writing my Visual Novel (more like a mod) to actual roleplay; have my character get more development and make everyone have fun and myself of course, will do my best to reach my objectives.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:

1. Welcome class! This very first lesson would introduce the students on what we do in Human Resources, what are some basic manners to treat your employees and how your mood affects the rest of everyone's shift, all of this by allowing the students do small roleplays of determined situations that I'd give. What will it happen if you do certain things that might look bad for X employee and good for Y employee? As it is, the first class would just be a small bite that students shall nibble on, to then slowly move to more complicated situations.

. In the second class, we will be actually going through the first topic: Principles and perspectives of Administration and we will be reviewing how this can be useful not only at work, but also in your real life and learn the 4 steps: planning, organization, direction and control, where the students will be able to partake in class by adding their opinion, we will also be playing a game where students will give a solution to different situations, of course following the basic principles of administration and how it affects their life.

Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted: Given the fact this is a business related subject, it would only make sense to bring the class either into the Shopping District. During that period, we would be reviewing what we have learnt so far and applying it in serious roleplay situations, so we can seal it up and move to the next topic.

SCENARIO SECTION

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?

The main basis of Human Resources is the tact, however always showing authority. With that said, Maya (my character) would approach the group and began asking what's going on, however we all know the "nothing, we are just playing a game", but what game involves 4 whole grown males surrounding a High school child? Maya then would ask them to step back and break it up, being as tactful and kind as she is to her La Casa employees. However if they continued with that behavior, she would begin threatening with detention upon next failure to comply; if they failed to do so... the threat would become a thing, else she would simply ask them to staycalm and not get involved in more problems.

Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Failure to comply in detention is a severe issue and must be dealt with with no altercations. Maya would kindly ask the student to simply finish the detention task they were given and refrain from talking unless asked to. However if the student continued to disturb the peace in the room, she'd call a SLT and ask them to deal with the troublemaker.

Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and call out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Ever since she was a girl, Maya hated the way cheerleaders behave, meaning she would be even harsher if they were to break a rule from her class. Maya would ask them to turn their phones off right away in order to not get called out a second time and stop calling out other students. After a small concept on what "power" is, Maya would finish by stating the lack of it they have, to then proceed to continue her class. If they failed to comply, she'd call them again to calm down, and after a third time... that's straight detention.

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Getting involved in fights is always a real mess as you have to control students partaking in fights and students spectating that cheap show, so harder situations shall require drastic countermeasures. After failing to break the fight up more than twice, Maya would call backup and try getting an SLT to the situation and see if they can do something given the fact she tried and nothing seemed to work.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?
At first sight Maya seemed to be a classy woman, yet another spoiled rich girl but it's completely the opposite. Maya is a very serious yet cheerful woman, don't let yourself judge her for wearing expensive brands of clothing! She's nowhere close to be that way. Maya's hair was a natural blonde color, soft-looking and large, around 5'5ft. She has a wedding ring so don't try anything with her!
Opposite to popular belief, Maya is just a former entrepreneur that has class and is real polite to those she hasn't had the pleasure to know, upon interacting with her, you'd easily notice her confidence and ability to interact and talk about different topics, making her different from any other person due to how welcoming and kind she is even though she just met you 5 minutes ago, of course always remaining polite.
Maya firmly believes that students are the future pillar of Karakura's society, so having them get knowledge that will actually make them improve as persons and profesionally, it's an important element to reach your objectives; working your way up with your own efforts is something that Maya would teach to the students as she sees them like human sponges that are able to absorb information if taught properly and in a not-so-boring way.
She thinks her fellow coworkers do an important part of the job by teaching everyone in the school very important subjects and topics and she feels a huge respect toward them. She intends to teach and build better persons, then she'd try to open a shop that could help her live peacefully until the rest of her life with her husband.

Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
As Maya arrived to Karakura as replacement for the former Manager of the La Casa Nostra restaurant “Akiko Hanazono”; who was then detained in China for money laundry and fiscal fraud, she soon got to work in this restaurant, implementing newer and more modern techniques of administrative tasks, she applied all of her previous experience she gained in the retail enterprise she owned in China but was ruined by Akiko’s actions, however she came to know all of her coworkers were still students… this making her doubt a bit on the staff La Casa had by then. However, her outlook changed when she found herself with very dedicated employees that seemed to learn quick and with no issues, thus making her think… what if there was at least one person that might unleash the true future business owners from the city? Maya’s motivation grew even more as she slowly found more and more workers that were very intelligent, so she decided to help everyone to become true adults and teach them some of her big knowledge on business, making sure everyone would find the motivation to start themselves into the business world, staff administration wise.
