What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher on the server is that, even though a lot of teachers are online, it always seems to be the same person or two people that are doing a class. I have been an Office-Secretary before, so I know how the school works, quite well. In real life, I have a very strong passion for Art, and I have always been told I should become an Art teacher. Being an art teacher within SchoolRP will give me the experience of what teaching is like, as well as experience of how to do more detailRPing.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are important as they keep management in a classroom, from keeping history from previous classes, for example in a classroom log book you would write down the names of misbehaved, students. These logbooks will then be shown or shared with the other teachers. Classroom logbooks are also here to show that the teacher is doing the responsibilities they need to do.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If I want to start a field trip, I must discuss this with one of the vice-principals, I must then tell him/her what the field trip is about and how it will have educational values with the students. I would then need to await his/her approval.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Rule 1: All students must not talk out of turn to the teacher or any other student in the classroom
Rule 2: All students must remain in their seat, whilst the class is in session
Rule 3: No food or drink should be consumed during the lesson
Rule 4: All phones must be kept in your pockets at all times and switched off
Rule 5: Always complete all homework and assignments given
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have been roleplaying for over three years, I’m trying to seriousRP more, because the previous RP servers I have played, were just for fun, and were not based on realistic rules and/or laws.
After being a student for 2 years, being a receptionist for nearly 2 months, a cop for a month, and a college professor for a month, I believe I have enough experience to be a High School teacher!

- HD: Head Department - The head of the department is a teacher responsible for an academic department/subject. They are responsible for NQTs as well as the curriculum for their subjects.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills - A QLTS is a teacher experienced in education. They can start classes without the permission of their HD.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - An NQT is somebody who has gained Qualified Teacher Status but has not completed their induction.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
In-game, teachers are provided to teach and benefit the education and knowledge of a student in the school. This is also the same Out-of-game. Without teachers, no one would learn and no one would benefit from it. The average salary of a teacher is roughly 200k. Teachers receive a salary of 250k if they complete 15 classes in that month. If they manage an extra five within that month, it's an additional 50,000 Yen on their paycheck.
A teacher may use their spare time to plan lessons and mark books and homework.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP because it is the whole point of School. Without them, a school wouldn't be a school. They are there to assist and support students and make sure they have good knowledge and education for their future life. Teachers in SchoolRP set an example for their students. A teacher can be a guiding force in the life of a troubled child. In moments of need, which often arrive in-game, a student should be able to contact a trusted adult. A teacher should be thought of as such.

How does he look like?
Cairbre’s figure is quite muscular and scarred. He owns a constant serious expression which is only uplifted when the man laughs, which is incredibly often despite his serious looks. The male stood at 6'5 and would appear to have black hair and fairly brown skin.
Cairbre is often seen with 'Aviator' glasses, he wears a red leather jacket with a white undershirt and black jeans. His clothes seem to be made to an exact fit.
What makes him unique and different?
The thing that makes Cairbre Konstantin unique and different is that when engaging with the students, he gives them a chance to speak their mind, though he may seem stubborn and kinda scary to most students, he does care about them like they were his sons or daughters. Deep down his personality would be very calm and collected and just an all-around chill guy, to hang out with.
What is his outlook on Students?
He has a positive outlook on many things and always tries to find the best in others. From a young age, he has always believed that everyone deserves equal opportunities and tries his best to give that to everyone that he can. He tries to remain kind and calm at all times and is always more than willing to help someone in need.
What is his outlook on co-workers/What is his personality like?
He has always cared for people, he is very polite and very quiet at times he can get frustrated but that is rare for him. He always has a smile on his face and always talks about the bright side of things even when things are going wrong. Due to him having a brother, he knows how troubling young people can be, giving him a tremendous amount of patience when it comes to young, hormone raging teenagers.
On the job Cai is kind and compassionate and able to keep his mind focused, he focuses on maintaining good bedside matter and guiding students calmly and soothingly. He tends to keep himself very serious on the job so he can focus well on the matters. He gained his seriousness from his time in the force and believes it will support his work on the teaching side of things, he trusts his co-workers and always gives them updates when necessary; maintaining good teamwork skills and the ability to speak clearly and in an organized way when under pressure.
Off the job Cai likes to work out and keep himself healthy and fit, Cai is still quite kind and reserved and will not often act out of line. He is very friendly and sociable when off shift and loves to interact and get to know people to make spaces a more positive space to socialize and be around, he enjoys being around people and supporting them; he still always looks out for people who may be in need even when off shift.
What is his plan for the future?
As a child, Cairbre had a hard childhood due to being transgender, however, he got through the hard times and he wants to make the best life he can, and becoming a teacher is his dream and it would be a highlight of his amazing life. His plans for the future are to find a loved one and to complete his hopefully successful career as a teacher. He is very kind and he is very respectful to other beings.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would kindly ask them to stop loitering, and swearing in the hallways. If they do not listen, I would ask them again before telling them to stop. If they STILL do not listen, I would take them to the Principal or Vice-Principals office unless told to take them to the front desk.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would call the Principal or VP to come to the class and ask them to talk to the students, to have them listen to me again.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Cai's actions do not change. He is the same when he is off-duty and on-duty. Cai is respectful, responsible, and fun to be around. He does not disrespect his students or his co-workers. He is polite and caring. Cai always puts others first before himself. If someone in the teacher's lounge is having issues, he always offers to help in any way possible.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:
/me Mr. Konstantin would point at the student talking, whilst put another finger on his lips, indicating the student to be quiet

Backstory

Cairbre came from Sweden with a fairly average life; moving through school, traveling the world with his parents and his siblings. They loved taking him places and letting him explore the world with a new location every year. He saw multiple different countries and studied their cultures and backgrounds, stepping foot first hand in historic monuments and exploring new and interesting climates for himself, a way to let off the stress of his school life where he was picked on and bullied for being a transgender male. Cairbre had big dreams, experiencing life in Japan at age 14 he believed he could achieve something; a Japanese investigator who would protect the entirety of Japan. Well, he’s part of the way there. Cairbre trudged his way through school, getting quite average grades until he realized his unique interest in policing and brought back his old dream of being an investigator; this led to him joining a policing academy and studying multiple degrees in the arts of investigating and policing. He was encouraged to also pick up multiple medical courses and degrees, so he would also follow that though as a backup. Cairbre eventually would move to Karakura, Japan where he’d worked as a front-desk worker in the Karakura high school for a few months until being picked up into the KPD [Karakura police department] and from there, he’d be training - hoping to reach that big childhood dream he once had. Cairbre was let off from the KPD, decided to use his knowledge about Science and become a College Professor. After a while, Cairbre was let go due to his inability to teach every day because of his family issues.
Cairbre got all his mental health and family problems under control and decided to apply to become a High School History teacher, at the local high school.
