I love seeing other people teach on the server and I want to actually be a teacher after college irl I also have seen students disrespecting teachers and I believe if I was a teacher I could teach the students what respect is and maybe then they'll respect the other teachers more. I love helping others and I live to help others. I believe teachongbwould be fun and it's something I want to do that I'll never give up on.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
First I notify the principle that I want a school field trip then where I want to go and how long we would plan to be there after that I would need to make shure it's okay to go into the premis of the area and to make shure the area is safe after that was checked out I would get some sort of transportation like bus,car,etc I would notify the class 2 weeks ahead of time that there will be a school field trip and tell them when and where and them 1 week in advance I would send home a flyer on what to pack and where we're going and a flyer for parents to sighn to verify the student can go I'll also need to know what 3 teachers ,assistant teacher ,or adults would be going with us as chaperones.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I believe that many students get left out of class and this is why they get bad grades they end up not getting very far into their roleplay rank because of this too so I believe if we rob 2-3 classes at a time then less students will be left out and many of them will get higher grades and learn more.

Without teachers there would be no school teacher edjucate is and teach us everything we need to know for the world and everything we need to know to get good grades and a good job when they graduate college.school is a very important thing in people's lives and teachers work all day to teach us what we need to know

Trainee | (Trainee)
This is the newest you can get, you will only be placed on this rank for around a few days. You do not have permission to start up new classes and you aren't assigned to work for any specific Teacher, you must come into lessons and sit down (make sure to ask them first) and start to learn from them, and how a lesson works. You can also take this time to impress the SLT members by reporting if they are doing anything wrong from the CoC
Newly Qualified Teacher | (NQT)
Congratulations, you have been promoted to the NQT. You are now a more advanced teacher and you have the correct qualifications to start a lesson, but before starting a lesson you must still check with your HD and in the roleplay documents check for what you must be teaching. If there are no lesson plans yet, tell the teachers. You do not have to follow the lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some of the key parts mentioned in there. As an NQT you should still be guided by higher peers, and you are allowed to make errors. You are not allowed to take Trainees in to watch you
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills | (QTLS)
You are finally in the norm for teachers, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want (inside school) but discuss and organize when it will be with other teachers. You should not make as many errors or mistakes now. You are allowed to let Trainees in to watch your classes, but you do not have the skills to trainee them yet.
Head of Department | (HD)
It is unlikely you will ever reach this stage if there is already a HD of that department in place, however, they can offer you to be Co-HD. But if you have became a HD, lucky you. You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans.

(Phoenix is 17 so I'm making a 26 year old teacher version of me for this she has a different name and stuff) - Ember Phoenix Rose was born and raised in the Netherlands while a war was going on during the war her parents died and her brother protected her when she was 11 her brother was shot dead right in from o her and she was badly wounded she now has a scar across her chest Ember wears her brother blue jacket all the time and black Denim jeans with the jacket she wears a white belt that was her old dogs coller and brown combat boots.ember belives all students came to school all for the same reason to learn and she belives all students can achieve anything with hard work. Ember thinks the teachers are amazing and it's nice of them to use up most of their time to help teach others what they know.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would calmly walk up to them and tell them that the foul language there using isn't allowed and if they do it aging it's detention for them if the retaliate then I would give them all detention and tell the principle of their bad imuse of language
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
I would say they should pay attchen because tomorow in class is going to be a quiz and they should use their time to take notes and study if it's only 2-3 people not listening I would give them detention and if the whole class still ignores me then they all get a pop quiz on the topic they diddnt listen to me about

(Remember this is my 26year old teacher character not my current 17 year old Phoenix - Ember was born in the Netherlands during a war all of her family was killed when she was 3 except her brother he raised her till she was 11 and then one day he was shot dead infront of her saving her from a bullet she was badly wounded so she faked her death and disappeared to Japan where she lived on the streets for 4 years saving up for a house.when Ember was 15 she finally bought a small house and had enough left to play for 3 years of school until she graduated highschool Phoenix though she didn't know a lot became a A+student and they lowest grade she ever got was a B- witch only happened twice in her 3 years of school.when Ember was 18 she had saved just enough o go to college and she graduated 3 years after that cause she couldent continue to pay for it.after that she at least had enough edjucation for a job later that year she applied to become an assistant teacher at her old high school and that was accepted 6months after that she applied for a promotion to Teacher and it was accepted she was finally a teacher with a real job so she went off to make her family proud.
