What is your motivation for applying?: I have always wanted to be a teacher on this server i thought it would be fun and interesting, I also really like this server and want to build it up and I think teacher are a big part in this server

Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): No I do not have previous teaching experience but I think I am mature enough to teach.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? In the teacher group there is a lack of teachers and I want to change that.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Teachers are a fundamental part of the server, the server is based around school and you can't have a school with out teachers. Teachers make the RP more realistic and enjoyable.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee | (Trainee) : As trainee you will not have the perms of a normal teacher and must ask before holding class, this is a time to get used to and learn how to be a effective and hard working staff member.
Newly Qualified Teacher | (NQT) : As NQT you have the skills and authority to run a classroom, but still need permission from the HD and get the lesson plans from the HD, this is the next step to being an official teacher.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills | (QTLS) : As a QTLS you are a real teacher and can have class when you like in a school day, trainees can watch the class being held but not train them.
Head of Department | (HD) : As HD you plan all the lessons for that department and train the new incoming teachers. HD is the highest Teaching rank you can get.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The school works on the MoSCo system (Must have, Should Have, Could Have).
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Dr. Strange has brown hair with a very good looking mustache, he is A strong man who stands at about 6'5, with blue eyes and you can see the outline of hi check bone, Dr. Strange enjoys keeping up with the new trends and styles he makes sure that its appropriate for school. Dr. Strange stands out from the crowd with his bold personality (and the movie he made) he is very witty, and fun to be around, but at the same time gentle and respectful of, all the students he think of the like his own family and do he does his best to teach them well in the world. Dr. Strange plans to be a teacher until he gets another job in acting, but he likes working where he can get to know kids and treat them well. When Jaron Strange retires his plan for the future is to get married and have 2 kids.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Warn them and tell them if it continues or get hostile give detention or go to the principle depending on the severity of the situation.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Punish them by having extra homework to the disruptive and rewarding those who are listening, and give detention if needed.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?: Dr. Strange acts calm and professional.

BACKSTORY
When Jaron was a young boy all the kids made fun of him because he wanted to become a teacher, they said "teaching is for girls, HAHAHA." When Jaron was at home he spent his time studying and playing video games, his parents weren't home often they mostly went on business trips, and were away 75% of the time. But, he didn't care he had friends, he spent hours playing football with his friends. When he was in 7th grade he tried out for the football team and made it, he was stating wide receiver! He went into drama and excelled in there he was getting all A's and he thought nothing could get better. In 8th grade he went and did high school classes and was one of the most well known kids in school, no one made fun of him he was happy. He did college classes in high school, and did varsity football he was getting a lot of attention and he went to Yale in College. He spent most of the time studying and trying too get good grades there he had 2 B's in History, and in English. he was going to become a well known scientist. he started that and then he thought why not teach other my knowledge so he wanted to start teaching he went for a job in Kansas and got accepted but that got shut down after 2 years, so he traveled all over the world discovering new things and learning new things. he learned all sorts of things and then went to apply for a job in Japan and we don't know if he has been accepted or not but we will find out!
