In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A teaching assistants job is to assist the teacher and ensure students are in a safe, secure environment. They must also ensure the students are feeling well, emotionally and physically, and get them to learn to assist others and be kind at all times.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
No, but I like to try new things and being a TA is one thing I'd love to try
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have roleplayed a lot over the past 4 years. Most of those years were on HighSchool servers (MCPE)
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
In terms of assisting teachers in real life, I do not have much experience, but I have learnt from getting close to teachers that assisting teachers requires you to take care of things teachers would otherwise not be able to, as they would be busy with something else. For example, helping with grading, students who do not understand a question.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would attempt to level with them and understand what is causing this. If they have constructive criticism to give, then I will try to take it to improve the way I would work as a T.A, but if it is just destructive randomness that cannot be controlled after attempting to level with them and understand them, There would be no other choice but to send them to the principals office.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would ask why I was asked to do the task, but do the task in the end anyway. As long as it keeps students out of danger.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: In this situation, I would inform the principle and if the employee becomes physical or makes the students feel unsafe, I'd get the authorities involved.

When I started High School I had always wanted to be a teacher or an assistant, I love to help others when I need to, I always tend to be nice and direct people in the way they need to go. I love the education system and always make sure others are feeling ok.

I feel I would be accepted over other applicants due to my ability to empathize and reason, and really figure out how to solve the problem. I also, as stated in Motivation have a passion for education and well-being.
