Team House Issue

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): x: 1481.660 / y: 18 / z: 716.091
ISSUE: As shown in the screenshot below, there's a problem with the 'region' in the basement, can't place blocks / break blocks down there. The members of the house also cant use the front door for some reason. Then these I would like fixed, as I can't break the floor / walls of the house.
