It appears that Tebex declined all of my payment options on Tuesday, the 11th of July, 2023. My intention was to purchase an Animal Whitelist role.
It appears that I was flagged by their fraud detection system. This situation is understandable, as fraud detection is a standard part of any serious online business. However, my attempts to communicate with the "Tebex checkout support" yielded no means of appeal or assistance with the problem. As far as I am aware, all my transactions have been successful, and I have even explained the nature of my internet alias to them via email and a contact form. I've never encountered such an issue before and it has me somewhat concerned. I've never been 'restricted' or 'banned' from any payment service previously.
(1) Is this a common problem?
(2) If so, is this usually temporary?
(3) If not, is there a possibility to appeal here?
I'd be happy to provide information and proof, with the intention of clearing up any discrepancies and achieving Whitelisting.
