WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
It's worth looking into PaperMC's new server software, Folia (https://papermc.io/software/folia). This Is useful for large servers with a lot of unused CPU cores, it takes loaded chunks and compiles them into groups, then runs each of those groups on separate threads, allowing for utilization of previously unused cores, most effective for large servers (200+ players), certainly worth watching.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
Performance. This may require some plugin code tweaks, specifics unknown to me rn.

I believe the server we have is fine, and in addition to that, I believe all of the lag isn't due to the server, more of the amount of players.
