Describe your activity on the server:
It’s hard being an adult ya know? As seen through my playtime, trying to balance out SRP, work, IRL school and an actual life outside of it all such as touching grass, it’s a lot to juggle around. Since the beginning of the year I've gotten a huge surge of energy to actively play on SRP every single day but it’s been slowing down as of last month so my activity is about a 7/10 right now. If i’m not in roleplay then i’m either roaming around or existing somewhere quietly

What is your timezone?:

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Outside of SRP
SRP is one of the first, if not THE first real roleplaying servers I've been in. Though I wouldn't say it's my first roleplay experience. Before I discovered SRP, I used to roleplay in different chats as a kid. Going to EDM live streams and seeing as how the chat would roleplay in there and before all of that, before I even knew what roleplay even was, as a child I used to play with my toys and create different scenarios that weren't true to the source material. Something about creating a new line of story or mashing up different worlds brought a whole new side of creativity for me. The ideas were endless. As a grew up that's when I shifted more into Live stream chats as a way to roleplay. I've made my first Character Senjo back when I was 13 years old. I've had this character for a long time. It wasn't until I arrived in SRP, I learned about terminology, how to properly roleplay, different kinds of roleplay. It was amazing and I wouldn't have changed anything about it.

Gangrp
The infamous roleplay that involves crime and gangs. This was the first thing that interested me when it came to SRP such as many others before me and after. I won’t dive too much into it since this application isn’t about Gangrp but to sum it up, I was a Gang lead and higher up for some gangs such as Dynasty, Bonten, Sansakari, Kyo-Goku Etc but ultimately I quit putting in much effort into gangrp as it just became dull.

Sports
So sports is an interesting topic because I still feel as if I haven’t gotten the FULL experience that most people talk about. I’ve tried out for a few different teams but I’ve only been in College Basketball which didn’t offer a lot of roleplay but this was back in 2024 so maybe things have changed. Then I joined College Baseball which I was encouraged to join but the Captain himself. It was a nice gesture and I do believe that Baseball is a great plugin but it just wasn’t for me. Which led me to joining College Swim, possibly my favorite team I've joined. How positive they all were and how welcoming it was when first joining. Though due to how busy I been outside of SRP, I wasn’t able to stay long

Professor
Possibly my second favorite role I’ve played. I was a culinary teacher and being able to teach something that I’m pretty good at doing in real life is such an honor. Not only that but I was able to have people actually try some of my native cuisine in real life which did not disappoint.

Lawyer
Lawyer for me was one of the best times I’ve spent in SRP as a whole. I was introduced to a new side of me that I’ve never even known I had. The burning passion to defend or help my client was a whole different side to me. How competitive I got during those court trials was something extraordinary. There’s always something new to be learn about yourself in SRP

To simply put my motivation for wanting to apply for Psychiatrist is because I really care about understanding people and how their minds work. That’s the outside perspective from SRP. In my past experiences, I've often been there for others, helping them deal with their personal issues and feelings. This has helped me build strong bonds and connections with many others. Often people see me as the goofy or childish type of guy but it’s only when they’re at their low point is when I take things seriously to be there for those I love and care for. I've always been really interested in the human brain, how it works and affects their behavior, and shapes how people think and feel. For example, Why do people have attachment styles? There are a few attachment styles, the main two being Avoidant and Anxious (I have one of these but I’m not too confident to say).
Being able to put what I've been interested in, have a give in and took the time to research in, maybe not in real life but in a simulation is really hard to pass up. If I can show just how much I've learn from hearing others speak, learn about people and myself, then it'll make more sense as to why I'm very passionate into this. Especially in relationships, I feel as if there are so many subjects that the mind goes through when it comes to relationships. It feels like there is always something new or something that is hard to understand.

Emergency Department: There are different departments in the hospital. One of them being The Emergency Department which focuses on answering calls from people outside the hospital, with Paramedics helping KPD when needed. This isn’t a job you can apply for, it's a position that comes from being promoted. They don’t have a specific area of expertise like a Doctor or Psychiatrist, but they can handle both roles.
Within these departments they also have their own set of Positions and rank climbing titles such as
-Chief Paramedic
-Paramedic
-Paramedic Trainee

Doctor Department: As mentioned before there are different departments in the hospital, this another one of them, which is The Doctor Department which takes care of physical health tasks, from surgeries (both Urgent and non urgent) to giving advice on prosthetics and managing prescriptions for medicines that help keep you healthy. Their main goal is to focus on medical procedures related to a patient's physical condition which can be seen through common jobs such as putting casts on broken bones, stitching up stab wounds, doing checkups, or dealing with any crazy injuries that happen in Karakura
Much like the emergency department, The doctor department and the Psychiatrist department also has their own set of positions.
-Clinical Lead
-Attending Doctor
-Senior Doctor
-Doctor
-Doctor Trainee

Psychiatrist Department: Lastly, we got my favorite department. The Psychiatrist Department which helps with mental health issues and can give out prescriptions related to that. Psychiatrists focus on therapy sessions and make diagnoses to whatever their patient is having, and in serious situations, they can put patients on a psych hold. They are required to know how to treat minor injuries but their role in medical procedures is limited because they mainly deal with the mental aspects of health unlike doctors. Out of all the departments, this is the one I know the best about since I took the time to actually research some of it.
These are the set of positions and titles for Psychiatrist department

Following these departments comes the actual position which are the following:
Director | The one. The Boss. The one that stands at the top. The Director is responsible for the entire hospital, they make important decisions and make sure everything goes smoothly. |
| DeputyDirector | If and when the Director themselves aren't available at said moment, that's when the deputy director the one under the Director comes in to work and keep the faction running properly, supervising staff and making sure each and every rule is being followed at all times. |
Clinical Lead | The manager, some would say. They oversee their specific department, which involves planning and managing events |
Attending | Following what a resident does, attendings are given more responsibilities such as being able to give time off and lead training sessions. |
Resident | When a trainee has successfully passed the training stage they move up and gain the title of Resident which generally are considered your normal hospital workers. |
Trainee | A trainee needs to complete their training and pass to move forward. |
|
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I do acknowledge this

SECTION 2: MEDICAL
HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen. Some examples can be found here)
His interest in this area of medicine comes from his own background and experiences. Growing up with Shinzo Jin-Hisayuki, Senjo realized early on that people often have hidden wounds. During his travels and studies, he noticed how stress, trauma, and grief could show up in ways like chronic pain, tiredness, and sickness. He became really interested in how the mind and body are connected thinking that many people suffer because only one part of the problem is looked at. Instead of just treating the symptoms, Senjo likes to understand the person behind them. He believes that mental and physical health are linked, and he wants to help patients find the emotional issues that might be affecting their health. His mix of school knowledge, life experiences, and natural talent for connecting with others made him choose Psychosomatic Medicine as his field. For him, getting to know people has always mattered more than just knowing about illnesses. Psychosomatic Medicine lets him do both.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
After finishing his studies in psychology and neuroscience, Senjo worked for several years with mental health professionals. He gained valuable experience in taking care of patients, observing their behavior, and assessing their psychological needs. When he returned to Karakura Town at the age of twenty eight, he kept working in schools and clinics on the side. He helped people deal with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and psychosomatic disorders. For one example, his younger brother Nassy who's fiance was killed. As he gained more experience, he decided to specialize in Psychiatry, focusing on Psychosomatic Medicine. With many years of practical experience and a good understanding of how people behave, Senjo can recognized others for being calm, empathetic, and for understanding how emotions and physical health are connected.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Senjo is tall and has a lean but strong body, which comes from years of hard work and taking care of himself. His face has sharp and refined features. He has soft white hair that naturally falls around his face, and it often looks a bit messy even though he usually looks very neat. His striking blue eyes are probably the most noticeable thing about him which can make people feel uneasy because it seems like he notices a lot more than he shows. He usually wears professional and simple clothes, like dress shirts, vests, and tailored outfits that match his calm personality. Talking to him often feels like he’s in control of the conversation, as his careful words and thoughtful comments make it seem like he’s always thinking ahead. While many people find him easy to talk to because he is polite and speaks well, others think he’s a bit scary not because he’s mean, but because it’s really hard to know what he’s actually thinking. Most people see Senjo as smart and very reliable. But underneath that surface, he’s a guy who is always reading into everything around him, trying to figure out not just what people do, but why they do it.
How does your character act around the hospital?
So, the funny thing about this character is how he’s played. Senjo is known for being calm and professional even outside of work as he was raised that way and found disrespect to be something disgusting. He hardly ever raises his voice and stays cool even when things get really dicey for others or himself. Although, many patients and residents find it a bit hard to talk to him at first. His observations can be a little scary, making people feel like he knows more than they’ve actually said. He’s never mean, but he has a way of making people think carefully before they speak. He notices things that others might miss and takes the time to figure out what’s really causing a problem instead of jumping to conclusions. His thinking and high expectations can be intimidating, so many colleagues of his hesitate before sharing their ideas with him, knowing he will quickly spot any mistakes or inconsistencies. Even though he is polite and respectful, he keeps a bit of distance from others. His personality and his intelligence, can make him seem intimidating and even creepy to those who don’t know him well. With all that, one thing should never be questioned and that is his commitment to his patients. To those that truly know Senjo, which is not many, he’s very chatty. Quite the comedian, often finding it hard to relate to others without internally judging them but would never act on those judges as it’d be seen as unprofessional but everyone can have their opinions right?
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Senjo typically likes to work alone only because he doesn’t want something bad to happen that someone else may have caused which would only get complicated. BUT, it’s not like he is against it. He can do both, work by himself and work with others. Instead he’d rather have assistance at his side ready to help with whatever he needs. Working hand to hand alongside him would only distract him as he only be able to focus on what the others are doing and if they’re doing it either the way he likes it or how it’s done through textbook. He’s not a stern person unless you’re his children
I do acknowledge this

Character Backstory (Optional):
Growing up with a gang leader was really tough. Every day was a lesson in survival, but Shinzo Jin-Hisayuki had bigger dreams for young Senjo. As the famous leader of Senova, a gang that would later turn into a modern family called Jin-Ryuk, Shinzo wanted to get Senjo ready for the real world. Even though some people might think it’s strange to be raised by a gang leader, there were few who could teach resilience, discipline, and adaptability better than Shinzo. He shared everything he knew, making sure Senjo had the skills and mindset to chase a better life than the one he had experienced. When Senjo turned eighteen, he began a ten year journey to learn more about the human mind. He was really interested in how people act, feel, and think, so he went to England to study psychology and neuroscience at Oxford. After years of hard work, he graduated with honors, gaining a deep understanding of how people respond to the world. But even after that, he felt like there was still so much more to learn. Wanting to see beyond just books and lectures, Senjo traveled to Honduras and Busan, South Korea. There, he got to experience different cultures and communities, seeing how a person’s upbringing and environment influence their behavior. These experiences taught him things that no classroom ever could. By 2012, when he was twenty eight, Senjo came back to Karakura Town. With all his education and real life experiences, he wanted to help others understand themselves better and overcome their challenges. But even with all he had achieved, Senjo never thought of learning as something that ever ends. One important lesson from Shinzo always stuck with him: never stop moving forward. True to that lesson, he keeps looking for new knowledge, experiences, and chances to grow.
