Describe your activity on the server:
I'd still consider myself to be quite active on the server, having been a dedicated player since May of 2021. Throughout these years, I’ve always logged in and played, never taking an extended break or stepping away from the server, since I always come back regardless. My long-standing presence here reflects my activity basically.

As of now, I am still trying to get used to my new schedule because of college, but I did place down a timetable of what days I am available and when I can get online. Currently, I would rate my current activity level at a solid 7 out of 10, dedicating specific hours to log on in SRP while balancing my real-life commitments such as university. Though even if I am in school, typically I am still basically available on Discord 24/7, as I check in regularly during breaks or free periods, which allows me to respond promptly when needed.

Anywho, please note that this timetable is based on GMT +8, and I’ve accounted for both onsite and online class days in my availability.

What is your motivation for applying?:
What exactly motivated me to re-apply as a lawyer? What exactly made me want to come back? While some may see these as minor reasons, to me, they hold significance. My main reason is genuinely missing the faction, I genuinely miss the people, the work, and the things the faction does around the server. But of course, it extends beyond my silly lil longing though, it extends to the experiences and memories I've had within the faction, it even extends to the people who motivated me to re-apply again (you know who you are ya sillies <3).

From my interest in law during elementary to high school, to now being actually on the road to becoming a lawyer as I study Political Science for college (Time flies fast fr) my passion for the field has always kept me wanting to rejoin the faction again despite everything. Of course, I did face some challenges, mostly concerning my health during my time as a lawyer because of timezones, yet not once do I have any regrets because of it. The sense of fulfillment as they say, that I had within the faction during my time, to be able to keep improving my skills and teach myself more, and being able to learn from others, is what exactly motivated me to re-apply after months of debate with myself and push from others during those times.

Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I have a full understanding of the Karakura Law and Constitution, and I am always open to refreshing my knowledge whenever necessary! I have reread the law and constitution multiple times and have had my own personal experiences, so I am confident that I am well-prepared for the role again.

Are there any goals for you or your character with this role?:
OOC:
Well surprisingly for myself, though I know this wouldn't EXACTLY follow the rules of an actual court system, it still offers enough to basically put down the basic groundwork for my future career as a real lawyer. Although the in-game legal system might not perfectly align with actual real-world practices, it still would help and allow me to learn certain concepts and knowledge that will be valuable in the future. As for my character, Sky, she’s on a journey of redemption (Shocking). Despite her history, she’s determined to prove herself and her worth to the people. Sky's goal is to pay for her past mistakes and crimes by serving justice and defending those who are unable to defend themselves. This role is important to her new arc, of wanting to be better herself for her family, seeing that she is a mother now.

"Well, even before I became a reporter, when I was still younger actually, I already had the desire to seek justice for those who have been wronged. My dream to become a lawyer in the first place came from a personal experience to provide justice for individuals who, like myself, may have experienced situations where they felt powerless or unable to seek the justice they deserved." - "Witnessing it firsthand... Especially in the case that it involves death, it fueled my determination to make a difference instead, to protect the people who couldn't. My goal is to ensure that every person has access to the law, regardless of who they are, what they have done, or what their background is- We all know how the people are in Karakura, but more often than not, some of them are still innocent yet falsely accused, so I want to change that. I want to advocate for those who cannot defend themselves, to work to correct wrongs and uphold the principles- The VALUES of justice."

In your own words, describe what the position you’re applying for does within the government:
Mainly as lawyers, it is in our duty and job to represent and defend individuals in court. Making sure that everyone receives a fair trial and that their rights are protected, as we defend each and every person to the best of our abilities no matter their history or what they are being put in trials for. But, beyond the courtroom, lawyer in-game also do desk work. This includes handling and giving IDs like any other government worker, answering questions from the public, and assisting with legal questions, filing restraining orders. While of course most likely there is more that they do now, my familiarity with the faction's current operations is limited due to not having been part of it for a very long time. But regardless, I am always willing to re-learn and get used to the new system.

Yes, I acknowledge this and understand it now that I am older.

Do you understand that you’re expected to be dedicated to your position upon being accepted?:
Yes, I am willing to dedicate myself back to this position if I ever get accepted again.

Yes I am very much aware of this.

Yes I am able to attend weekly meetings and events as long as it's Sunday, or like my timetable said, either the days when I am free or during my online classes as I don’t really mind multitasking.
