Librarians assist students in locating and selecting desired or needed books, periodicals, pamphlets, materials, or technology support. They also instruct students in library science, appropriate student behavior, and use of technology. They can also oversee the selection, organization, and distribution of materials and equipment. Librarians also coordinate community programs that increase library awareness while evaluating inventory needs for new technologies within their local system. They are also great at helping students with finding any material they need in order to succeed.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been playing SchoolRP for a while now and have played the same role for 4 years (2019). I've Also been doing a lot of helping around with friends.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, How does your character react?:
Laurel would merely shake his head in disappointment before turning to the person who was insulting him and pleading with him to stop because it made the student themselves appear like awful people. However, if the kid refuses, Laurel will ask them again and again, to the point where he'll have to give the student detention for acting disrespectfully and immaturely toward him. Furthermore, Laurel might ask a fellow coworker for assistance or even an SLT if things got out of hand.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Laurel would fling everything to the side and jump into the altercation, dividing the parties. Then, but on purpose, he would speak louder. He would merely do this to attract everyone's attention before taking each party apart to discuss what had transpired and why. After reaching a decision, he would issue each of them their corresponding warnings or, if necessary, penalties before ensuring that they walked away from each other using separate paths.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Without frightening the school personnel, Laurel would approach them carefully. Then, he would attract their attention by warning them that what they are doing might get them into a lot more trouble than they realized. To ensure that nothing untoward happened to that other school employee, he would then offer them some private time to talk things out and perhaps assist them with the assignment they had to complete. However, Laurel would do his best to contact another coworker or even another school staff if all of these did not work to gain their help and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Laurel would finally reach the entrance and gaze around the employee break area, eager to welcome his coworkers and perhaps inquire as to how they were doing so far. Then, to pass the time until the start of the following period, he would try to think of a pleasant subject to discuss. But if nobody is inside, Laurel would pick a seat, sit down, and begin to clean and eat an apple while making sure he had his water bottle close by.

/me would categorize the books by genre after going through them. He would silently remove his chair before leaving the room to store the books. Then, while waiting for a student to rise, he would return to his desk, draw his chair back in, open a book on art history, and begin reading.
/me He would smile and put his book away after asking the student if they needed a card, assistance finding a book, or to return a book. He then helped the student in need. After that was over, he pulled out his book, opened it, and resumed reading.
/me greeted his coworkers as he entered the room, a smile on his face, coffee in hand: "Hello and good day!" How was everyone's night, exactly? As they reply, he asks while sitting in his chair and unloading everything he needs. Well, let's attempt to make today a great day and I hope everyone had a decent night's sleep! Backstory
Laurel was born in China and lived in a small neighborhood with his two younger siblings and his parents. Laurel's parents had, really struggled for food so there wasn't much, but just him having a place to live with his family was all he needed to keep going through out his day. As he played tag and like every game he can think of in the child mind with his siblings. He always was the trouble maker trying to think of some prank to do that his parents will always walk into, laughing every time, His Parents on the other hand just sigh as the clean up after him. He still loved his life but when he was thirteen he was told he had to move because his house had to be taken down, so his parents had to work tice as hard so that They can move, Having to up the prices on their fruit market. but it wasn't enough, Laurel's dad Had to move to the city so he can get a job that pays better in order for them to move. It was a hard way but a month later, they had enough money to get the tickets to Go to some town called Karakura, Where he had to live and learn especially with out knowing Japanese was real hard, And it didn't take up his teen years but once he was done, oh god he was of course celebrating. He was now 14 years old after learning how to speak Japanese but he procrastinated in it which was the reason that took him that long, he had no choice if he didn't learn it he'd look stupid walking around Karakura not knowing what anyone was saying, didn't care though he just wanted to get it done by his teen years. So now for the rest of Laurel's life, He has been living in Japan, Karakura.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I'm looking forward to joining the KHS school staff team because I've always wanted to view the KHS from a different perspective and experience what it's like to assist every student with their needs because I've heard nothing but excellent things about the staff members and they've always been very helpful to me when I've visited.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Since everyone applying for this job has the same chance of getting it, I don't believe I should be accepted above the other candidates. I do believe that I should be hired since I'll work hard and accept responsibility for the job. I'll work extremely hard to execute the job well and demonstrate my love for it. I should be able to aid myself, my students, and my coworkers greatly as I am very organized. I have good interpersonal communication skills, and I believe that communication is a valuable ability to possess. I have some experience with education, but I'd like to explore other options to learn more about various positions and other things.
