I am having troubles connecting to play with my friends. None of them are having problems, it seems to be just me. Running 1.15.2, though I have tried 1.13.2 as well.

1.13.2 is always the best option, could you be more specific on the problem, which I mean, can you connect to the hub just not SchoolRP itself? or you cannot connect to the hub otherwise what does it say?

I cannot connect to the hub, I think? I tried both IP addresses, neither of which are letting me in. (play.schoolrp.net, mc.roleplayhub.net)

I see, go on 1.13.3, try changing your resource pack mode to prompt as you join. After a few tries if it still does not work try join in from a direct link with the I.P-this has worked for me, so let me know soon enough if it does for you too.

It might be because you’re connecting with the NPC, which doesn’t work sometimes. Try do /server SchoolRP

still doesn't work. I've tried basically anything people have told me to do. I really dont get it because i used to play all the time

make a new thread if this one is already solved, make sure you log on with 1.13.2 as well as with optifine.
