As much as I assumed, it appears that the school has been visited by a new, frighting, wave of gangsters and mafia members.
These vicious people can be easily identified by their signature 'Panda' Look.
They are not clothing, but rather the dead skins of Panda's, which the members frequently poach.
They appear to have a single end goal:
Be cowards and use sticks in the Dojo.
And also, a side goal:
Poach all the panda's.
As you can see, this is them without their skin.
This is what they poach, and soon become.
Don't be fooled.
