Im NitroSoda, i play schoolrp frequently, and id like to adress something that happened to me recently.

So I was vibing around, right? Some girl pulls up to me with two toy sabers and goes "Hello"
And I was being kinda rude, cuz thats my character, and i go, "I dont want to buy your toys". And then this other chick shows up and she was nagging at me or something and then there was another one. a guy. so they walked off on me and i went to apologize, and they were still kind of mad at me or something. So then i just continue to roam around the school, yknow doing my thing, when suddenly- oh shit- someone /me ups me from behind and takes me through this maze through this cave into the forest, where you have yknow, kps. So then he lets me go and then.... stabs in the carotid it was the guy.
so i got murdered on the spot because of being a little rude to his friend... isnt that extreme? I didnt hurt anybody, so he just picked me up and killed me. So i bargained with him oocly and he let me go.. nlr? no idea what that stands for but i believe its some form of voiding... but anyways the next day i get on to play some school rp to have some fun, yknow let myself loose a little cause shits happening in my life, and im roaming around. And i see the guy again and i try to avoid him, but he starts following me. and trys to up me. So i rolled, won. Tried to run away, rolled, won. and he kept on following me, around and around and around the fucking school, you get me? like a fucking mosquito buzzing in your ear when your trying to sleep. and he ups me again. takes me to the sewer this time and does- you guessed it this time- stabs in the carotid. so i got pretty frustrated. He searched me for 5k(wasnt the limit 2k? or is it different when you die) so i just left and i was really toxic..

i regret avoidrping but... it just annoys me when im trying to have fun and these people attack me without any real good reason. Like... isnt this minecraft? A block game? Cant we ALL have fun? I feel like something needs to be done.

you cant get murdered, assaulted, or kidnapped without a proper reason. this should be voided completely if they had no reason

i kinda feel you tbh. i rarely have occurrences such as these (rare, but once they happen, it can be irritating.) you shouldn't feel bad for avoidrping something that went against the server rules, as honestly, it seems like one of the correct things to do given the situation (besides alerting staff, of course.) we should be able to have fun on the server (and minecraft in general,) but sadly we may stumble across people who don't care and just want to troll (or maybe these people just didn't read the rules and meant no harm, i'm not sure.)

Always try and discuss/clarify how someone would be granted kill perms on you in [LOOC] with that person if you are very unsure. Reading up on rules a bit can combat false perms from being acted upon. Honestly, how you described the situation it sounds as if you got killed for no reason at all, which there are rules against that. If you cannot come to an agreement with other involved players in [LOOC] or even if you believe you are being manipulated or lied to there is always /help It's there for your convenience. (For example you would do. /help Staff, I need assistance I do not understand how this person has kill perms on me, They are failrping, they do not have perms.) Now I'm going to go on my hunch and say that you don't have screenshots or video evidence of what happened exactly, therefore try and find the person that wronged you and discuss with them how that would not be feasible due to the rules, there is always /help if things get out of hand or messy. The 2,000 mugsp was also changed to 5,000.

If i encounter this player again and he approaches me or someone else for a reason like this.... ill report him. I just dont see the need of reporting him. He'll probably get warned, which wont do anything. If he gets banned? There are ban appeals, you know.

My point is... I want this server to be the best it can, even though im not an admin or staff or anything like that. I just hate being bored and dont want others to be as well.

If he keeps killing you, I highly suggest reporting him for Mass RDM, which I do believe is registered as a ban for Major FailRP.
Just because you were rude to his friend doesn't mean he can kill you, it does not grant any perms of any kind, other than minor perms.
And no, minor perms don't include delivering a copy + pasted action (which is now against the rules) to stab one in the carotid.

1. You can’t actually kill people in school hours.
2. Due to new combat rules I believe it’s rule 6 but before they can start any combat they must roll out of 100 to see who starts so they can’t kill you right off the bat either.
3. Yes irl stabbing in the carotid is almost insta kill but I’ve dealt with a situation like this and I was told that they have to give you 5 minutes oocly to live unless agreed otherwise. (But like I would ask staff for confirmation)
4. The forest actually only grants kill perms with the tag ? Aka the ghost and no one else has kps on you if they enter, forest only grants perms to the ghost. (Again confirm with staff but I’m pretty sure that’s true)
5. You are also not allowed weapons on school grounds if I remember correctly so no gangrp activity due to safe zone.
6. They needs perms to assault, mug, nlr, and kill.

I hope that this won’t happen to you again but yeah new combat rules will probs save you? Asking for help from staff would also be all Gucci. Ps ask for ss when they say that they have kps bc if they don’t have ss there’s no proof.

BTW this is just based off past experience of dealing with voiding and gangrp as an EMS. And uhh don’t quote me on those words, this is based off past experience but staff can say otherwise. Mainly suggest going to staff and asking questions.
