Describe your activity on the server:

I play over 6 hours a day, at the bare minimum, the maximum I've hit would have been 20+. I play about 5 pm-1 am EST on weekdays
and 5 am-930pm EST during the weekends, Weekends being Saturday+Sunday, Week days being Monday-Friday.

What position are you applying for?:

I'm applying for Judge.

What is your motivation for applying?:

I will be perfectly honest, Unlike professor, There wasn't always a want to be here, But through being a professor, (law professor) I learned that Karakuran law was very interesting, And learning about it, was amazing, Even people being willing to teach me, Not only are the values of the law's and the rules are interesting, the community is amazing, and a very pretty thing that I strive to be apart of, And inspire others. There's also the fact, that within my first 5 classes I had the Deputy-Mayor, and Ex-Gov faction workers, In my class, Oocly confused by my lessons, I strived to learn over the subject so I could provide better, and more informative classes, Doing so inspired me to go for the Government faction, law not only being an Icly passion, but an oocly passion too.

Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:

Yes, not only do I have an understanding of the laws, but I'm studying every day to learn more, as well as wanting to ask others for advice on how to better study the laws, and maybe be taught, so that I can fully understand them better. So I have a pretty well-handled knowledge of the laws and the Constitution

What are your goals for being in the Government Faction?:

The government faction is known for its trials, but also known for what they do in the town office, always available for legal advice, handing out IDs and that's what I'd like to do, always be able to be there, for those who require help, or just want to roleplay out legal trouble, or need to adopt, file a restraining order, and excetra. I also plan to make a difference by providing the full-out duties of Gov faction members, and more, setting a stand in Government, and hopefully climbing the ranks of the faction. Not wanting to overdo anyone, but also not wanting to sit by and watch everyone outdo me.

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:

The government faction does a lot, but some roles do specific things, like this (but not limited to)

[Judge]
Handing Out IDs (Distributing IDs to those who ask)
Filing Restraining orders (Taking into account the required 3 counts of proof for said claim, and filing restraining orders as they fit)
They can legalize Marriages (They can take two people of 18+ that have been together 3+ months, with proof, and legalize their marriage)
They will aid in Adoption (FIle the adoption papers)
They will review cases (Review trial cases, helping to create a verdict)
They will also do Pop-Up Shop inspections. (Inspect Player-Ran shops, either planned or randomly as THEY see fit) -Shop Inspections are run in their respective ways. They may pop up in disguise, do a test or 2 to see if the customer service is up to code, and give a score, submitting that-

[Lawyers]
They will Hand Out IDs (Distributing IDs to those who ask)
Handle Lawsuits (They will defend their client in the courtroom)
Deal with Attorney Calls (They will often be called, and have to handle those, whether it be legal advice or handling cases)
File restraining orders (Taking into account the required 3 counts of proof for said claim, and filing restraining orders as they fit)
and keep a list of clients (They keep a list of their clients)

[Governor]
They will hand out IDs (Distributing IDs to those who ask)
They can also do marriage (They can take two people of 18+ that have been together 3+ months, with proof, and legalize their marriage)
They can deal with the procedures of Adoption (FIle the adoption papers)
They take Civilian Complaints (If civilians have complaints over workers, or things in the city, they take and log them.)
They will like judges, run Pop-Up Shop inspections (Inspect Player-Ran shops, either planned or randomly as THEY see fit)

[Deputy-Mayor]/[Mayor]
They do all the others do, but also handle writing up and approving laws, which is a very detailed sequence of events, or handling applications for the faction. They are highly respected and highly busy with duties, but they are also super inspiring to others, both within and not within the faction

Yes, I have read into this and fully acknowledge them.

Have you read & agreed to follow the Government Faction rules?:

I have read through the Government faction rules, and entirely uphold and follow these rules; anything less would be unacceptable.

Alexander: "Oh yes, I am Alexander Tsukami. Happy to meet you here, sir!"

Interviewer: "Wonderful, Alexander, now, Next question if you wouldn't mind."

[!] The flow of the room seemed more serious, yet a calming demeanour, with the scent of vanilla filling to room[!]

Interviewer: "Moving on from there, what is the title you prefer to go by, Alexander?"

Alexander "Oh my, I don't put much thought into it, usually Alex, or Alexander does fine, but if I had to pick a title, I suppose Sir, or Mr., do just fine for me, though others may react differently"
[!]Alexander Tsukami would be seen re-adjusting himself in the seat, finding a more comfortable position facing the Interviewer, ready for what comes next in this interview. [!]

Alexander: "Ohh, Today's my birthday, Just turned 29, Happy days for us all, am I right?"
[!] Alexander was seen checking the date, looking for a moment, then nodding in agreement to himself[!]

Alexander: "May 8th, 1996"
[!] the response zipped from his lips, confidence in his voice[!]

Interviewer: "And which gender are you?"

Alexander, "I am a Male!"

Interviewer: "What is your academic degree?"

Alexander: "I have a master's in Law and a Bachelor's in political science. I studied in Tokyo, Japan, where I gained these degrees within their educational system, learning all that I can even doing internships with a judge in a court house, Observing what they did in a day, and how they ruled over a court room, Watching them skillfully do what their occupation entailed at High Court Tokyo."

Interviewer: "Perfect, now what are your majors?"

Alexander: "Oh, I majored in Law, studied for about 10 ish years, some off college grounds, some on campus for my degree, working strongly for the capability to truly understand law."

Interviewer: "Did you have any minors? If so, which?"

Alexander: "I did have a minor, yes, though nothing impressive, it was in Political Science I found interest in it whilst I was studying law, not letting it take over my main studies, but not letting it fall short of Satisfaction either."

Work experience:

Interviewer: "What's your work experience like?"

Alexander: "I worked as an Intern in Tokyo, working at the High Court, before doing yet another internship in Russia, working towards a better knowledge of law, and ultimately knowledge itself. Other than that, I've worked at a few convenience stores, and even a management job in an old-fashioned toilet factory!"
[!] he sat back in his chair. getting comfy as the barrage of questions shot towards him, but he was prepared and answered with great haste and confidence, stringing in his voice when he spoke, it seemed to command the room[!]

Interviewer: "What is your nationality, and where were you born?"

Alexander: "Oh, I was born in Moscow, Russia, and resided there for many years before moving to Tokyo for my college degree. So I'm Russian, and can actually speak fluent russian, though I'm not as good as I used to be Moscow's a pretty little town if I do say so myself"
[!] When the interviewer glanced at the paper upon hearing the name drop of Russia, what he would find was: Russian born in the capital, Moscow, Russia.[!]

Interviewer: "Which languages do you speak?"

Alexander: "I speak French, Japanese, Italian, and Russian, Russian being my native, and I learnt Japanese when I moved here for college, attempting to speak if fluenty and eventually through trial and error, I succeeded. and I learnt french while spending my time in France for a 1 week internship there." (will apply for 3rd lang slot, and Russian upon (maybe) acceptance)

Criminal record:

Interviewer: "Do you have a criminal record? Don't lie, we have ways to find out."

Alexander "Nuh Uh, Squeaky clean, like a sponge, I've been keeping my record straight since I was a child, I couldn't even bring myself to hurt a fly, let alone commit any sort of crime"

[!]He paused, breathing slightly before letting out a sigh and letting out a small whisper just barely audible to the other [!]
"I could never do such a thing, I-it's just not right."

[!]There it was, a partial reason of why he may be doing this dropped in the silence of the room, but a smile stood strong on his face, he fidgeted with his hands comfy in his lap [!]

What makes you a good candidate for this job?

Interviewer: "What makes YOU a good candidate for this Job?"

Alexander: "If you want my biased opinion, because I'm dedicated, always held a job, risen in the ranks, and done the best I could to help.”
[!] He paused for a moment, letting his breath exaggerate as you could see his eyes fall to a close for a short moment, breathing heavily as he hesitated on continuing, But he decided it was best to[!]
Alexander: "If you want what past bosses would say, Im an overacheiver, I rush into things, they would say I often get greedy with outshining other's, but that's not true, Just because I wanted to do better than my capabilities, dosent mean I wanted to outshine, any others. But again, these are just there thoughts, Thoughts are interpretations of things from your point of view, not taking in any consideration of what the other person is thinking, or what They may mean by what they do, Just assuming and putting words to actions off that, an assumption, a guess as to what they mean by it, Like say someone buys all the bread, to give to the homeless, but you don't know why he buy's it, are you immideatly gonna think 'Oh he's doing something right' No. You're gonna have bad first and even second thoughts. That's why they are just that, Thoughts. No opinion can shape you, you just have to let experience and mindset, shape yourself strongly in the image you want to be, so you can go for y

Additional Notes:
I just wanted to say, over about 2 months, I've been studying Karakura law, to provide better law classes, and I wanted to use that knowledge for a little more than just teaching it.
