Tori Blanchet was born alongside Claude Blanchet, their sibling. The two were close as sibling could get. Coloring together, playing together, even talking in sync. As their mother described them, "2 happy little peas in a pod."
When both of them were 6, their mother was framed for voluntary manslaughter and locked away. Being children, they didn't understand the situation at the time, thus not being bothered by it. Claude and Tori helped to take care of their father at 7, until he eventually committed suicide.
This led to Tori and Claude being brought to "Ambro's Home For Unwanted, Abused, and Abandoned Children." or "AHUAC" for short. Although being family, they were separated.
This organization was hell. Meals weren't enough, and hearing yelling outside your room was extremely common. It was also known for abuse of all forms. I'll spare you the details.
At 14, Claude and Tori were finally adopted by their aunt, Quinn Tsuyoshi. Due to language barriers and such, it took half a YEAR to finally adopt them. The organization hadn't contacted Quinn anytime before that, either.
The two were taken to Karakura, Japan. And here we are now.
