Tried to buy backpack but....

BTW before reading this, yes I posted this on two places. I didn't know where to put it so I put it on both!

So I had FINALLY gotten enough Yen on the server to buy a backpack, but when I tried to get a grey backpack it told me I didn't have enough Yen and still took out 1000 without giving me anything. I went from having 1220 to have 220. I took pictures as proof. I am hoping I can get the backpack that I paid for.
