A Tutor is responsibility is to help students learn and understand the concepts of the work that has been given to them from the teachers and professors. They help to prepare the lessons by studying lesson plans, reviewing textbooks in detail to understand the topic they will be teaching. As a tutor you are needed to work directly with students to assist them in gaining a better understanding of concepts taught in the classroom in and outside of the classroom and to support the students to become more independent learners, persist in college or high school and reach their goals that they want to achieve.

I have about 1 and a half years of experience.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?
Getting to know the experience of being a faculty member helping around the job getting the opportunity to would be a dream to help others out in need giving confidence a better way of success and keep their mind straight.

Situation:
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?
Kayuza would at try to resolve the situation, she would approach the group of students asking, What's the entire issue for their behavioural on behalf of why they are saturating that behaviour towards her. If she is unable to resolve the angered student by herself. She'll radio for another Faculty member for existence with the situation. Now if the situation was more tamed, instead she would offer the student to come down to the tutor room with her until they can calm down at first, she will offer the said student to see if they would want to speak to a counsellor with any personally problem that they could be experiencing inside of school or outside issues they could be facing.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Kayuza wouldn't hesitate to immediately rush over the situation as fast and efficiently, before admittedly pulling them off one of each other, before prepositioning herself in between them before to separate the two students and to help calm down the situation but also to stop them both from doing any further actions that could either involving them getting themselves, even more hurt or injuring another student's or employee's , she'll then proceed to with both of the students to get down to exactly what happened and how it escalated to becoming a physical fight.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?
Kayuza would at first gather evidence of the incident to back up her claim, either if it was a video, audio recording or pictures taken by her or another employee then. She would then intervene with the situation, by correcting and advising that school employee to stop their actions there would be consequences with the actions they were affecting. Regardless of whether said employee saying they would stop or not, she would proceed to report them to his high-ups with the evidence that she has collected to back up her claims with the situation of ever happening in order for proper action to be taken.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Kayuza is a very loving, outgoing ladt. She would be kind and sweet to everyone she came across, she would also take her time out of her break to make sure the other fellow employees were or had something to eat or spending some alone time to finish up on paperwork or even be reading a book.

/me Would walk around the hallways checking for any inappropriate activities among the students, to her left she can see a male student holding alcohol while talking to his friends, she would shake her head disappointedly while walking up to the male, she’d then extend her hand out, looking at the male straight in the eyes and telling him “you shouldn’t be drinking that, hand it over”, she would wait for the student to give her the bottle, giving her a small smile “Thank you, next time I catch you with this time of drink, I’ll have to give you a warning”, saying before walking away, heading towards the break room, placing the bottle on the table.
/me Would stand in front of the school gate, watching and greeting most of the students walking in, making sure no one is trying to leave, she would observe which direction all the students are going, in the corner of his eye she could see a student heading the opposite way, she would walk up to her, try to stop her by saying “Excuse me, you’re heading the wrong way, you’re supposed to head that way”, would point at the school behind her, watching her walk away in that direction.
/me Would walk to the bathroom looking to her right to find a spray and a cloth, she would pick them up, and starting to walk towards the class room hall, she would walk in and spray the teacher’s desk and wiping it was a cloth, after she was done, she would take a look under the desk to check of any dirt on there, after inspecting, she would walk to the next class doing the same thing.

Backstory
Kay was born into a loving family of 4 in Cape Town,South Africa on August 4 1997. She was raised by two happy, caring and loving parents. As the older siter to a younger brother, she knew from a young age that she had to set an example for her brother. So, she strived to be an educated and responsible person. In her first childhood years, she hung around with many people as she considered herself too stupid to hang around most of her peers. Kayuza’s friends were typically a few years younger than her but treated her as if she was the same age.
In high school, Kayuza took an interest to the volleyball team and tried out. She was accepted, being just exceptional though. She strived to be the best ge could be at volleyball, all while keeping up on her studies. Kayuza was generally a straight-A student, having mostly average grades.
Kayuza’s parents were very inspiring of her; she was exellent in her classes all while doing volleyball and going out just about every night. She tended to handle herself on her own and needed little to no direction throughout her childhood. She was a very self-centred person in her teenage years. When Kayuza turned eighteen, she immediately knews he wanted to go to college. She decided to apply for a scholarship to a community college in her hometown. She was accepted to The Cape Town community college.
After finishing community college, she applied to Jung University. Being the great student she was, she was accepted. However, she did not get a scholarship and had to pay her tuition. Throughout university, she grew close to two particular people. A female named Min Suzuki. Klopp and Kayuza seemed to instantly click. They began to hang out every day, typically watching movies or taking walks through the park. However, their relationship came to an end when she graduated. She was very sad that Min no longer wished to speak to her because she decided to move to Karakura in Japan. Once she settled down in Karakura, she wanted to look for a decent paying job. This led her up to applying for a position at KHS as a Private Tutor.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining KHS is to help the kids and take of the building and help around a little! I'd love to make friends with the other employees that work there and to just make sure everyone is safe in general.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?
I believe that I’m a great fit for this job. I have enough patience, work ethic and confidence in order to do my tasks efficiently. I would try to be active as much as I can but there would be sometimes where I wouldn't be on like for example this week due to final exams and tests. I also love working with other people and helping them if needed, I'll help the students even if they are mad with each other I would try to calm them down! Pretty sure other applicants are also like this too.
