I have multiple experiences of detailRP from my account with animal whitelist and other instances.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
My motivation to apply is because I would first off like to experience a new type of roleplay. I have started to have less of an interaction with friends to roleplay with because they either may have quit or have been banned. I think this is a nice way to make new friends and have more of a roleplay experience.
Lastly, I would like to be a part of the Ems team because I would like to help the people of karakura and the great roleplay factors. I have noticed some of the ems aren't on at the time I usually am and people always have to skipRP which defeats the purpose of medical roleplay.

Hospital doctors are the general role for the EMS faction.
Hospital doctors are able to diagnose and treat medical conditions and diseases through the application of specialist medical skills and knowledge.
They use their extensive medical knowledge and training skills to treat, prescribe medications and help others.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Clinical Manager
Clinical managers are the leaders of the EMS,Being the highest of the EMS roles, they are the ones overseeing the rest of their medical facility. Clinical managers work well to ensure the needs of the entire clinic. This Includes clinical leads, surgeons, doctors, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals that work in the facility.
Clinical Lead
The clinical lead is responsible for their specific subfaction, and the healthcare workers in it. The clinical leads will teach,help and oversee the other members they are responsible for ensuring that themselves and the rest of the team can maintain their standards in the EMS faction.
Surgeon
Surgeons are responsible to treat injuries, diseases, and any sort of deformities that only specific operations can do. They use a variety of tools, which varies from suture scissors to scalpels. A surgeon performs operations on a patient in order to correct physical deformities, repair bones and tissue that the body has endured..
Doctor
Hospital doctors diagnose and treat different medical conditions, disorders, and diseases through the medical skills and their extensive knowledge that they have gained through the training. Hospital doctors can work in numerous medical emergencies from medicine, infant delivery and much more. They are to treat those people who have been sent to the hospital or admitted through emergency circumstances.
Psychiatrist
A psychiatrist specializes in psychiatry, they specialize in and are devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, study, and treatment of mental disorders. Psychiatrists are the doctors who evaluate their patients admitted into the hospital to determine whether the symptoms the patients are experiencing is a result of direct physical illness or mental things such as stress, anxiety and other things that factor into the illnesses.

Code Violet: A violent, or combative person in or in proximity of the facility
Code Brown: When there is severe weather.
Code Red: Fire in or close to the facility

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how they look, what makes them unique?
Jaylen A. Y. Lupin is a 6’3 character with a broad semi muscular figure. He would also have hair and facial features like the first picture with a scar covering half his face and His voice would be deep with a *****ian accent . He would usually be either wearing a green sweater with khakis or a grey suit (second and third picture).
What he's like on and off the job?
Jaylen on the job is a hard working male with a can do attitude if not helping a patient in the facility he would be reading articles on other medical advancements in other facilities around the world or talking to his co-workers when someone eventually does come in to the facility with a medical emergency he would rush the into a ER room and evaluate the patient before taking steps to help the patient.
When Jaylen is off duty he would tend to his family helping out around and catching up on things with them. He would also run errands like picking up food and other things that would need to be done at that time.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
Jaylen’s outlook on his co-workers are helpful people who give feedback he takes to improve on. Since most of them are more experienced than he is he would take that feedback into consideration and use it to further his growth as a human, a friend, and an associate to the facility.
Jaylen’s plans for the future is to find a companion that furthers his growth and also shares the same interest to start a family with. He wishes to also get an apartment he can share with his family members that they would be proud of and happy to live in. He also wishes that with his work he can bring a percentage of happiness and belonging to the city of karakura and its fellow inhabitants.

he has one scar on his face and takes painkillers to deal with the random burst of pain but other than that nothing else.
BACKSTORY

Jamabo was born on December 19, 1994.
He lived a normal childhood with his brother iwawake, his sister brennan, his mother and father. They had a nice apartment in the city of Onitsha. There he would attend elementary and middle school there. In his third year of middle school it was announced by his father that they would be moving to the city of karakura,Japan. Jamabo was pleased to be going to a new city and country but a part of him was also sad that he was leaving the country he grew up in. a month later they had moved out of the apartment and flew to karakura. Upon landing he was amazed at the small town architecture and its grand school. He was already enrolled in school so he went to see the city walking through the parks and apartment buildings and buying things from the shops open. Each day for him was a new day of learning. He had loved karakura and studied so he could get a job as a doctor in the hospital. He enrolled in college where he studied human biology and african culture and history. After college he took a year off and had fun around town. In the year 2021 he filled out an application for a position in hospital and is now waiting for his acceptance or denial.
