Two problems i'm having

Onto my first problem
I'm recently having problems with using commands such as "/claimdoor,etc" and i think my commands are glitched because i have /feed and that is not normal

My second problem
I've been reading this sentence over and over again "You get your own cape to show other people that you are a OmegaKid"
I've never known how to use the cape

1: I think its a command glitch, im not sure though. Ask Ducks to fix it
2: I think thats something old because it also says they get VIP dorms and /sethome but its gone now
