Unable to Break Gravity Blocks

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): X = 1752, Y = 44, Z = 724
ISSUE: I am unable to break the black concrete powder that I have placed, due to it being a gravity-affected block.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The fact that it is a gravity-affected block is not really the issue, it is that when it is being affected, it will not be a block that was placed in the apartment, and therefore part of the map.
