unable to connect to the server

I have been trying to connect to srp but it always shows that im 'disconnected' or timed out. I tried changing to different versions but it always shows the same issue though my network is quite stable and i have no trouble connecting to other servers.

Here's a few things you can try:

- Try holding shift as you're loading in
- Try a FPS booster (specifically Optifine) with version 1.13.2 as you connect
- Join our Discord and ask an online staff member to be spawned as you're loading in (they will give you directions, this helps sometimes)
- Try allocating more RAM to your Minecraft
- Try using different server IPs; play.schoolrp.net, mc.roleplayhub.net, pe.roleplayhub.net
- Try clearing your serverresourcepacks folder (found in your .minecraft)
- Turn your render distance down (below 8)
- Disable your resourcepack via the multiplayer menu, then try to connect
