Unable to place blocks

APARTMENT COORDINATES: 1348 35 1118
ISSUE: I did /apartment reverse, and now I cannot place blocks across most of my apartment. On top of this, whenever I try to do /apartment editmode, or /apartment add/addeditor, it sometimes says that I am not allowed to edit the property, or add someone as I have to be an admin of the apartment, supposedly


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All commends were executed inside the apartment. Yonio had a look and it turned it the apartment might be an estate region of some sort instead of apartment
