Unable to rank up to Grade 8

Hello,
I am trying to grade up in game from grade 7 to grade 8. I played for the time it asked for and tried to grade up with /grade but it gave me the message, "You have reached the maximum grade." Can someone please fix this problem?

A admin can fix this issue for you after you've posted a role request ( https://schoolrp.net/forums/role-rank-requests.171/ ). Make sure you follow the format in the pinned thread and use a screenshot of what /grade gives you as evidence.
