Hello and good day!
Every time I prepare copy requests, I stumble over screenshots of payments that aren't recognized as paid, even though I'm provided with the reply that I successfully paid my taxes [See reference image]. Sadly, this happens every time, but usually only to one or two. On my last round of copy requests, however, it happened with four of the screenshots that ought to provide proof of my tax payments. This keeps destroying value in the sense that I could otherwise share customs/provide customs for specific club activities or player-on-player events. Is this a glitch, or is there something I can do better in the future to prevent such loss of value?
