OOC (Out-Of-Character) Information
What is your In-Game-Name (IGN)? Please include ALL your alternative accounts:
My IGN is V0idd_1.
I don’t have any alts, this is the only account I use.
Do you have Discord? If so, what is your username?:
Yeah, my Discord is Sigma_751.
Timezone & Country:
GMT+1, Norway
Describe your activity:
I’m online almost every day. Usually afternoons or evenings after school or whatever I’ve got going on. I normally stay on for a while, talking with people or just checking what’s happening around the city. Even if I’m not in something, I still kinda pay attention to the stuff around me.
I wouldn’t say I afk a lot, I actually move around and look at what people are up to. So yeah, I’m active most days of the week, sometimes longer if something is going on.
Link any significant applications (exclude languages):
None so far.
This would be my first actual role that matters.
What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
I like writing and I like knowing what’s happening around me, so reporter sorta just fits naturally. I don’t want to just run around the server doing nothing all the time, I want something that actually gives me something to do.
I also don’t really exaggerate anything, I just explain stuff in a simple way because that’s how I understand things too. It’s a role where I feel like I can actually help out instead of just existing.
Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:
Not officially, like no real job or anything, but I write a lot for myself. Mostly small notes or thoughts or summaries when I want to get something straight in my head.
Writing helps me understand things better, and I’ve been doing it for years so it’s basically a habit now. I also notice details kinda naturally so it helps when writing stuff down.
Are you aware of – and will follow – the rules?:
Yes, I know the rules and yeah I’ll follow them.
Why should we accept you over others?:
I’m calm and active and I don’t take sides in anything. I don’t make situations seem like something they’re not. I look at what actually happened first then I write about it.
If I take a role I don’t just drop it the next week. Even if I’m younger I still take responsibility seriously when I have to.
Do you understand you must stay completely neutral with all reports?:
Yes, of course.
I won’t add bias or pick sides.
Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:
Yeah, I’m already active daily so it shouldn’t be a issue.
Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:
Basically watching what happens and writing it down honestly without changing anything. No twisting things, no adding stuff that didn’t happen. Just telling it clearly.
Being observant and paying attention to details so staff and players understand the situation after.

REPORT #1 – General Report
Topic: Nighttime Disturbances Around Central Karakura
Author: H. Y. Mitsuko
Date: 11/12/2025
Overview
Recently central Karakura has been louder at night, especially around the main streets. Not dangerous really, just different. Some people said they don’t feel as safe walking alone which isn’t something you normally hear here. It’s not a serious thing yet, but it’s definitely a change from the usual quiet nights.
What I Saw
I walked around for two nights between 9PM and 11PM. Things I noticed:
- groups hanging around closed shops
- loud arguments that ended fast
- people sitting or standing in alleyways
- fewer patrols than normal
It didn’t seem like anyone was planning trouble, just bored people with nowhere else to go. Still, it made the place feel different.
What Residents Said
They weren’t scared, just uneasy.
Things I heard:
- “It just feels off lately.”
- “I take the long way home now.”
- One shop owner said he closes earlier now even though nothing actually happened to him.
Possible Reasons
Could be a mix of things:
- school break
- colder weather -> people gather where it’s sheltered
- patrols maybe lighter
- teens picking the same area without meaning to
Small stuff stacking into something noticeable.
What Could Help
A few more patrols, or even just talking to the groups so they don’t make others uncomfortable. Maybe more late-night spots so people don’t crowd in one place.
Conclusion
Not a big problem right now, but ignoring it would probably make it worse later. Karakura is usually calm at night, and most residents prefer it that way. Keeping watch is the best option.
REPORT #2 – Interview Report
Topic: A Student’s View on Life in Karakura
Interviewer: H. Y. Mitsuko
Interviewee: “S.” (18)
Date: 11/12/2025
Intro
I talked with a student who’s lived in Karakura for a few years. Young people notice things adults don’t, so I wanted their honest view of the city and what it feels like lately.
Interview
Q1: How long have you lived in Karakura?
A: About five years. Moved here in middle school.
Q2: What’s changed the most?
A: Way more people. Streets feel really packed now.
Q3: Do you feel safe here?
A: Mostly yeah. Sometimes it feels weird but nothing too crazy.
Q4: What area needs improvement?
A: Backstreets behind the shops. They feel sketchy especially at night.
Q5: Favorite thing about living here?
A: The people. Everyone’s different but somehow it still works.
Q6: Seen anything concerning?
A: Some yelling here and there. Arguments mostly. Nothing huge.
Q7: What could the city do better for students?
A: More places to hang out. People get bored then do dumb stuff.
Q8: Does the community communicate well?
A: Not really. Most people keep to themselves.
Q9: Advice for someone new?
A: Stay aware but don’t freak out. You get used to it fast.
Q10: Describe Karakura in three words.
A: Busy unpredictable alive.
Closing Notes
The interview shows how students see Karakura. It’s lively but messy at times familiar but unpredictable. Their perspective helps understand what people living here deal with day to day.
