OOC (Out-Of-Character) Information

What is your In-Game-Name (IGN)? Please include ALL your alternative accounts:

My IGN is V0idd_1.
I don’t have any alts. This is the only account I use and play on.

Do you have Discord? If so, what is your username?:

Yeah. My Discord is Sigma_751.

Timezone & Country:

GMT+1
Norway

Describe your activity:

I’m online almost every day, usually in the afternoons or evenings after school or whatever I have going on that day. When I log on, I usually stay for a good while. Sometimes I’m actively roleplaying with people, other times I’m just moving around the city and seeing what’s happening.

Even if I’m not directly involved in something, I still pay attention to what’s going on around me. I like knowing what’s happening nearby and noticing changes in the city. I don’t really AFK much, I usually walk around, listen to conversations, or observe situations quietly.

Overall, I’d say I’m active most days of the week. If something interesting is happening, I’ll often stay on longer just to see how it plays out.

Link any significant applications (exclude languages):

None so far.
This would be my first actual role where I have responsibility and expectations.

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:

I like writing, and I also like understanding what’s going on around me. Reporter feels like a role that fits naturally with how I already play. I don’t really enjoy just running around the server without purpose. I like having something to focus on and work toward.

I’m also not someone who exaggerates situations or tries to make things sound more dramatic than they are. I prefer explaining things simply and clearly, because that’s how I understand them myself. Reporter feels like a role where I can actually be useful to the server and help document things instead of just existing in the background.

Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:

Not officially. I haven’t had any writing jobs or anything like that, but I write a lot for myself. Mostly notes, thoughts, and short summaries when I want to understand something better or remember details.

Writing helps me process things and keep my thoughts organized. I’ve been doing it for years, so it’s kind of a habit at this point. I also tend to notice small details naturally, which makes writing things down feel easier and more accurate.

Are you aware of – and will follow – the rules?:

Yes. I’m aware of the rules and I fully intend to follow them.

Why should we accept you over others?:

I’m calm, active, and I don’t take sides in situations. I don’t twist things or make them seem bigger than they are. I like understanding what actually happened before writing anything down.

If I take on a role, I don’t just drop it after a week. I take responsibility seriously when it’s given to me. Even though I’m younger, I still try to be reliable and consistent.

Do you understand you must stay completely neutral with all reports?:

Yes, of course.
I understand reports need to stay neutral and free of bias.

Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:

Yeah. I’m already active daily, so I don’t think it’ll be an issue.

Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:

To me, being a reporter is about watching what actually happens and writing it down honestly. No changing details, no adding things that didn’t happen, and no personal opinions mixed in.

It’s about being observant, paying attention to details, and helping staff and players understand situations clearly after they happen.

REPORT #1 – General Report

Topic: Nighttime Disturbances Around Central Karakura

Author: H. Y. Mitsuko
Date: 11/12/2025

Overview

Over the past week, central Karakura has felt noticeably louder during the late hours, especially around the main streets. It hasn’t been dangerous, but it has been different enough for residents to comment on it. A few people mentioned feeling less comfortable walking alone at night, which isn’t something commonly said about this area.

At the moment it’s not a serious issue, but it stands out because Karakura is usually quiet and calm at night. The change in atmosphere has been enough for people to notice and talk about it.

What I Saw

I walked around the area on two separate nights between 9PM and 11PM. During that time, I noticed:

  • Groups hanging around in front of closed shops
  • Loud arguments that ended quickly without escalation
  • People sitting or standing in alleyways for long periods
  • Fewer patrols than usual during those hours

None of it looked organized or intentionally threatening. Most of the people seemed bored or just killing time, but their presence still made the area feel different from normal.

What Residents Said

Most residents didn’t seem scared, but they did seem uneasy.

Some things I heard included:
“It just feels off lately.”
“I take the long way home now.”

One shop owner also mentioned closing earlier than usual, even though nothing directly happened to him.

Possible Reasons

There doesn’t seem to be one clear reason. It’s likely a mix of things, such as:

  • School breaks giving people more free time
  • Colder weather causing people to gather in sheltered areas
  • Lighter patrol presence at night
  • Groups unintentionally choosing the same hangout spot

Small things adding up can change the overall feeling of an area.

What Could Help

A slightly stronger patrol presence during late hours could help ease concerns. Even simple communication with the groups could make a difference. More late night places to go might also reduce crowding in quiet areas.

Conclusion

This isn’t a major problem right now, but ignoring it could allow it to grow into one later. Karakura is known for calm nights, and most residents want to keep it that way. Keeping an eye on the situation seems like the best approach.

REPORT #2 – Interview Report

Topic: A Student’s View on Life in Karakura

Interviewer: H. Y. Mitsuko
Interviewee: “S.” (18)
Date: 11/12/2025

Intro

I spoke with a student who has lived in Karakura for several years. Young people tend to notice different things than adults, especially changes in atmosphere and daily life. I wanted to hear an honest perspective on what living in the city feels like right now.

Interview

Q1: How long have you lived in Karakura?
A: About five years. I moved here in middle school.

Q2: What’s changed the most?
A: There’s way more people now. The streets feel crowded a lot more often.

Q3: Do you feel safe here?
A: Mostly yeah. There’s moments that feel weird, but nothing really dangerous.

Q4: What area needs improvement?
A: The backstreets behind the shops. They feel sketchy, especially at night.

Q5: Favorite thing about living here?
A: The people. Everyone’s different, but it somehow works.

Q6: Seen anything concerning?
A: Some yelling and arguments here and there. Nothing huge, just uncomfortable.

Q7: What could the city do better for students?
A: More places to hang out. When people get bored, they start doing dumb stuff.

Q8: Does the community communicate well?
A: Not really. Most people keep to themselves until something goes wrong.

Q9: Advice for someone new?
A: Stay aware, but don’t freak out. You get used to it pretty fast.

Q10: Describe Karakura in three words.
A: Busy, unpredictable, alive.

Closing Notes

This interview shows how students experience Karakura on a daily basis. The city feels lively and active, but also unpredictable at times. Their perspective highlights both the positives and the concerns of living here, and helps give a clearer picture of how changes in the city affect everyday life.
