Vehicle dissapeared

Hi, today I bought "Toyota prius" in sale for 480K. Like after third time when I put it on road, it just disapeared and /vehicle pickupall doesn´t work! I asked in chat for help, they said to me to write here, so here I´m... But I didn´t take any screenshot of it, so here´s the main question: Will you help me or leave me scammed?
