How does your character know this language?:
Bao and his twin sister Tao were born in Vietnam with their older sister Sevyn. They grew up in Vietnam with her, but their parents weren't so supportive as her. Sevyn had to teach Bao and Tao Vietnamese on her own, it was a struggle as Sevyn was not much older than the twins. Tao learned quicker than Bao, being fluent a couple of months ahead of him, but with the help of; flash cards, TV shows and learning books. Bao was able to speak Vietnamese fluently. He is happy being able to speak to his sisters in his native language after not being so strong with Japanese.
