VPN Error On Join

So when i join it says vpns are not allowed (im not using one) and this started happening after i installed java 8 what do i do?

• Please make sure you're using our recommended version (1.19.2 Optifine/Sodium - Java Edition) and that you are not using any sort of software that interferes with your internet connection (VPNs, Proxies, etc.).
• Make sure your ISP (Internet Service Provider) doesn't use any Proxies or VPNs to enhance your experience. Also remember to disable all integrated or third-party VPNs found in your computer.
