They tend to assist elementary to high school students with their work, and at times even adults, such as for college, to improve their understanding of subjects they feel they need improvement on. They would prepare lessons for their students as well as go over past topics and materials that are needed to ensure that they understand it thoroughly and clearly. Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would ignore the students' comments, as they obviously want a reaction out of me. If they continue however I would politely ask him or her to stop and if they become aggressive would try to calm them down to the best of my ability. I would ask the student why they are cursing and saying the rude comments, and if they come back with a snarky remark, I would simply ignore and stay calm during the situation, as there is always a reason for anger to be shown. I would explain to them that their attitude and comments are disrespectful and that they should stop. If they do I will thank them for agreeing and if not I will inform a teacher about their behavior.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Depending on the job, I would ask the appropriate questions of what the job is, though yes I was asked to do this job I have to ensure the safety of myself as a top priority. If I feel that the job is something that I cannot do or understand I would communicate with the Principal my concerns and how they should get someone who is suited for the job, such as a trained professional. If it is a job I feel I am capable of doing I would proceed with extreme caution, making sure I have all my materials needed to complete the job, such as tools, or making sure I am correctly clothed, such as making sure I have closed-toe shoes. I would then attempt to complete the job with the best of my ability, as quick and efficient as possible.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would confront the employee on what they are doing, asking a simple question. If they answer with aggression, I would stay calm and try to calm them down, or leave the situation and tell a superior. If they communicated to me on what they were doing, I would talk to them about how they should be acting professionally on the job, and that they were to stop. I would warn them before reporting to a superior, and if they continued I would talk to a higher-up.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? Elias would act calm and cool. He would have a more leaned back and lenient demeanor, easy to talk to and loves to crack a joke or two with his co-workers.
Provide us with at least 3 detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me would give a welcome smile towards the student who has stepped within the office, motioning to the chair across from him to take a seat. Elias would stand up and gather the materials needed for this session and then take a seat back down, clearing his throat he begins to speak.
/me would nod his head, intently listening to his student’s worries in their classes. Thinking of an effective solution to their problems. He would lean back in his chair, running a hand through his hair and begin to speak carefully, with an understanding tone.
/me would take the finished paper that they had just done, and click his pen in his non-dominant hand, ready to grade. Taking a quick yet careful look through the questions and their answers, he would nod his head, taking the pen and writing simple notes for improvement.

Backstory
Growing up in Wales Elias and his family lived in the countryside, located in a rather remote village, fields of green with floral and fauna all around them. Harsh and freezing sharp air in the winter mixed with humid weather during the rest of the year. Their parents, Glenda and Arthur, originally were from the more populated regions of the country, but due to work had to move outward toward the country, which held ruins of the past and more sites that were yet to be explored and discovered.
While still living in Wales, Elias excelled in Welsh and language arts, being intrigued by linguistics, even going a step further to finding extra classes with the subject. His two sisters, however, did not have as much of an easy time with it, struggling in their classes to understand and grasp the materials. Elias, being the oldest sibling, took initiative and helped tutor his sisters, which, thanks to his easy understanding of the subject, was able to do so. This was the first time that Elias had, technically, tutored someone, and when he did so he loved it. Seeing the smiles on his sisters’ faces when they got their report cards with their grades.
Moving to Japan, Elias and his sisters found the place terrifying, amazing, new, and so so confusing. All having their own strengths and weaknesses of their own, ranging from academics to social life. Elias, though he excelled in language arts and history at his hometown, he didn't do so much here. Not being used to the fast pace life of a highschool student and city life, he quickly fell behind his classmates. Doing what he thought best, as Japanese was the primary language of the country they now inhabited, he decided to start with Japanese. Though it was difficult, similarly to his native language, he was a fast learner with this one as well. He stayed for extra classes, and whatever he could get to further his understanding in Japanese, as he knew if he got this down he would gain a better understanding of both his peers and teachers alike. Like he had done for his sisters back in Wales, he often tutored them and helped them through their own studies with Japanese, and like before was extremely pleased and happy to see them thriving in their new environment.
During his time in Karakura Elias noticed just how much the staff cared for the students, wanting them to succeed and wanting them to not go into that life of crime. Pushing them to go past their comfort zone for the good of them, and to prepare them for the harsh reality of life as best they can. Once he graduated, he noticed the increase of foreign students enrolling and coming to Karakura, and in addition seeing the lower classmen he had struggled in school as much as he did.
Elias felt a connection with them, as they reminded him of himself. Seeing them struggle in their new environment and knowing how it is to need to adapt and figure out everything in a new place. He wanted to be what he did not have, a mentor and guide for those who were lost and confused. He wanted to help them, and what better way to do that than to do it in the building most will attend.
Motivation for Joining KHS: Ever since moving from Wales to Karakura Elias noticed how much different the school system was from his own. Finding it relatively difficult for his first few years, having to find and get extra help with his academics. There he had found that the staff of Karakura Highschool were very accepting, determined individuals who wanted to help the new generation of the city, seeing them flourish when they become adults. As time grew on, with more and more non-native Japanese students entering the school, he felt that he had to find a way to help them, seeing a bit of himself in them all those years ago.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I believe I should be accepted over other applicants because of my passion to educate and help the young. I want to be a resource that students can utilize to learn and gain a better understanding of the topics they struggle on. When I first came to Karakura, I had trouble learning and understanding the subjects that were taught, but with help I was able to improve my skills. I want to provide students with that same feeling of knowing that they won’t fail and that they can succeed even if they feel they cannot. As a private tutor I would push my students to go beyond what they believe they can do, and help them in any way I can with their classes.
