What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher is for a new roleplaying experience. Teaching back in the old days, wasn't as fun and as exciting as it is now as there was no sort of penalty that made kids go to school, making it sort of boring to even attend school at the time. But now seeing as theres a penalty for people that don't go to school, I wish to teach students and also give them a good time in classes so they have something to look forward to. This could also benefit me OOCly as this could expand my knowledge on what teachers do and how they do it.
Another motivation for becoming a teacher is actually because of the person Mistalee. Back when they were a teacher, everyone was excited for their classes, even me. Whilst teaching, They also made their classes more fun and exciting by doing activities that wouldn't be normally done in other classes, whilst giving knowledge to their students. They even won student of the year, which inspired me to try applying for teacher myself.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are a sort of record of events used by teachers to keep track of their actions and activities in their classroom during classes. These are important as they keep track of mostly everything in your class when you are teaching. These are also important as they can be used to see how many classes you have done in a month.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
To start a school field trip, You would have to DM a Vice Principal or the Principal themselves for permission for this school field trip to take place.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1.) Students must respect each other and the teacher inside the classroom.
2.) Any type of harassment or violence is not allowed, and will not be tolerated inside a classroom.
3.) To talk or ask a question, you must raise your hand.
4.) Cell phones or anything electronic are banned from being used during class hours.
5.) Disrupting a class will get you kicked out from that class.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I first started roleplaying about 5 or 6 years ago on a different server that my friend invited me to when I first got Minecraft so I have a good lot of experience about roleplaying. I stayed on there for at least two years also until I stumbled upon SchoolRP in early 2016. I've been playing ever since and it has been 4 years since I first joined.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: The Head Of Department is in charge of a specific subject (History, English, etc.). They are responsible for the lesson plans for the teachers and also responsible for keeping the teachers in place.
- QTLS: Qualified teachers are teachers that have a good understanding of their subject and do not need the Head Of Departments permission to host a class.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teachers are teachers are new to teaching and need permission to host a class from the Head Of Department.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
A teacher's job is to teach students about their specific, chosen subject and improve their ability to learn and help them become successful in later life. They need to have knowledge of what to do when in a teaching situation. They also need to help students when they're showing signs of mental illness / physical illness to avoid any bad incidents that may show up in future.
Teachers get paid on how many classes they do, the minimum being fifteen classes. If they complete their fifteen classes within the month, they're paid 150,000 yen. If the said fifteen classes are completed early, they're paid an extra 50k for every five classes.
Teachers themselves, are supposed to be patient when teaching a classroom and taking questions, no matter how stupid it is. They show respect to the students no matter how rude or annoying they are. They do not hold grudges and treat all students how they themselves want to be treated.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP as well for one, whats the point of having a school when theres no one to teach in it and this server is supposed to be realistic to some certain extent. Teachers themselves are of course supposed to teach but for SRP reasons, they're also used to give a fun experience and also show that being a teacher on the server can also be fun so more people can be inspired to join the teaching community.

The lesson planning the school works on is the must have, could have, should have system, AKA the MoSCo system.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Tadekatsu Ripper is tall male with the height of 6'5 with natural, blonde hair. He'd have a friendly facial expression and would come off as easily approachable. He'd have a brute like structure with sharp facial features, and piercing like blue eyes. He'd have smooth, pale-ish skin and would look rather similar to his son, Ishida Ripper.
PERSONALITY: To strangers, the male would act rather nice and even comforting at times "Excuse me sir! you dropped this.". He'd be quite narcissistic "Psht, you know i'm right." and would always believe he's right. Due to him having a son, he knows how troubling young people can be, giving him a tremendous amount of patience when it comes to young, hormone raging teenagers.
However when to his friends, he opens up more and is more nicer and caring "If you ever need to vent, I'm here for you.". He always has a soft spot for his friends and always tries to help them... that is... if you don't piss him off "What did you just say?". As I said before, he opens up more. And he opens up about stuff that is not supposed to be said, so if this is used against him, He would instantly get angry and would not care what the consequence was. However, he usually apologises afterwards if he does anything wrong and immediatly tries to make everything better "I'm truly sorry! I-I don't know what came over me.".
Anytime he hears a subject about family brought up, whether it being in a conversation or just hearing it from others conversating, He turns into a depressed, sad yet angry person "/me would look down to the floor with a sad expression, shoving his hands into his pockets walking away slowly." and the reason is (FIND OUT ICLY.).
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I (Tadekatsu Ripper) would first go up to the gang of people with a sort of tough, mean guy act and threaten them to stop "If you keep acting like that, detention is where you're going, so you better stop!" otherwise they'd be in a big form of trouble. If they do not stop, and continue with their previous actions, I would then put them in detention "Thats it, you lot have detention!" until the end of the day, however if this is nearing the end of the day, This would go farther than the end of the day and would stop at evening.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
People mainly react to a large sound being made that has come out of no-where, so what I would do, is slam my hands on a desk "/me would raise both his hands, before sending a big slam to the desk in front of him, creating a large "BLAM" noise." and then ask for everyone to pay attention "Could everyone pay attention please? Thanks."
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
"I still act the same in the teachers lounge I guess, I ask everyone how their day has been, and what they've done in their classes. I don't see why anyone would want me to act in any way different, I'm just... me."

/me raises his hands slowly into the air, before giving a swift SLAM to the desk in front of him, producing a loud, attention grabbing noise.
/me would smile at the student as he'd write the answer on the board, before saying "Yes, that is correct, thank you for your contribution to the class."
/me would shove his hands in his pockets, wandering through the little walking spaces in-between everyones desks, observing how they're working carefully but swiftly.
/me goes up to (INSERT STUDENT NAME HERE) staring at the phone in their hands before saying "Oh sweet! Is that a phone? Hand it over, i'll give it to you at the end of class."
/me sighs and scratches the back of his head as he attempts to answer the horrendous question without showing any signs of impatience.
Backstory
Tadekatsu Ripper was born in 1991. August 29th in Canberra, Australia. He was teased and bullied a lot by others for being a fat and short kid, so he didn't really like making friends and never had any for the entirety of his childhood. He did not do any extracurricular activities as he didn't find a need for them so instead, he stayed at home studying even though he was only a young boy. This made some of his family members recognise him as a "Smart Shit."
Tadekatsu, although he liked all his subjects, his most favourite of all was History. The reasoning for this is because he found it intriguing to learn about what people did before his time and sometimes even laughed at the decisions made by others in history, for example, He laughed when he learned Albert Einstein could have been the president of Israel if he didn't decline. He also found it sometimes exciting when learning about History as sometimes when he reads, he pictures and imagines it in his head as he reads, like a little movie playing in his head.
When Highschool came around, Tadekatsu had been smacked in the face by puberty. He had lost weight, gaining a sort of muscular build, and he grew a couple of feet, and was taller than most of his siblings. Due to this, he had gained a sort of confidence boost and made friends. Although he had quite the popularity, this did not stop him from studying all his subjects and getting good grades. All of his report cards were always about him being a good student and contributing to the class and he'd always get talks from his friends about him being too much of a book worm, so they suggested that he'd do a sport and in this case they suggested Rugby as he had the structure and height of an athlete.
Tadekatsu joined the rugby team of his school and actually did well in the sport, and he stayed on the team for quite a long time however left the team in order to study more, meaning he had nothing to do after school but study because to him, "Nothing is more important than your studies.". He pushed away most of his friends as they were just a distraction to him, and would keep him away from getting good grades and having a successful future. And so, the rest of his Highschool days, were spent on studying and getting good grades.
Due to his intellect, good grades and knowledge, he landed himself in Harvard University as a student.
Other than him becoming a Harvard student, theres really nothing else to talk about. He was a good student, he graduated as the class of 2014 and got a Masters in History.
Once he was done with college, He thought to move to the town of Karakura as most of his family members has settled there, and he did. He settled down and met an Irish woman named "Aoife Fleming". They soon became husband and wife, and had a kid named "Ishida Ripper". He had a happy life for a couple of years, until his wife committed suicide. This turned Tadekatsu into an alcoholic, abusive dad. The once nice, caring man that was there, had turned into a depressed, repent having, angry man. "Take away a mans wife... and you have truly given him nothing left to lose."
This went on for several years, until he got the right treatment and therapy that was suggested by his son.
Once he was back on his feet, He was his regular self again but he still felt bad for abusing his son and because of this, he decided to help the young people of Karakura by becoming a teacher, to guide them to a right, successful future, To avoid becoming the evil man he used to be when he lost his wife.
