How often do you log onto the server?: I often log on as many times as I can however since school is starting up, i'll be on much less and ill only be able to be on most likely on weekends.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Most of my bans are for PG in OOC and possible ERP. However I have not been warned since.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I can not ensure as school is starting up once again and it'll take up most of my time.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes I recognise that.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A lunchtime monitor is supposed to monitor the lunch areas and make sure every student is enjoying their food and nothing bad is going on (Fights, bullying, etc.). When it is not lunchtime, They monitor the halls as they're still a monitor and must see if anything is going wrong. Also as an employee, I have to check up on students to see if everything in their daily life is doing ok and to see how they are mentally and physically.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes I have past experience, I applied last time but I had to leave due to my rank being changed to Grade 12. Now that I have an alt, I can be a Monitor and a Grade 12 on separate account
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My only experiences are being a high schooler, an adult, and a Lunchtime Monitor.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: My job as a Lunchtime Monitor is to monitor lunch areas during lunchtimes and monitor the halls during school periods.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I'd attempt to calm the student down verbally in order to not make it seem like i'm not intending to hurt them. If this attempt does not succeed, I'd get a higher up to give this student a punishment. Afterwards, I would use the students criticism to better myself in my job.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would first politely ask why this job is requested. After being filled in on the information of the job, I would get the necessary equipment to do this job and try my best.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would first verbally try get the employee to get back in line so they could not unintentionally hurt a student or another employee, and report this incident to a higher-up. If this does not work, I would restrain them in-order to calm them down and to stop further funny business and report them to the principal.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I had to leave this job for medical reasons and I wish to be accepted into the YHS employee team once again. I want to help young people grow in the world and better themselves in their adult hood and later life. As of course, in my previous application, there is still students with mental illnesses that require attention and bullying that requires others to stand up for them. I still wish for these students to excel in their life for their passion, and I wish for the students to have a promising future and a positive attitude to school and their schoolwork.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Although I do not believe that I should be accepted over other applicants, I believe that my experience as a past school employee will make me stand out among other applicants. I also have experience with students as I have children of my own, giving me a better understanding of young people.
