Which version of MC

Is the server usually using the (1.12.1-1.12.2) versions of MC just like it says on the forums, or when I look to the right of the server bar it says its 1.13.2?
Which one is it?

Also, I've seen some pictures of mods that some use on the server, if anyone could send them to me on Discord, or on here, that would be awesome!

Looks like we need an update on the banner; the versions 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 are both acceptable for the server.
I suggest 1.13.1 so that you don't experience a specific book glitch which makes you crash.

Assume that the latest release of Minecraft is the standard for servers. Typically those popular servers tend to use the latest release.
