Wont age past 17

I've been playing on this server since it had the tiny turtle map where you could eat dog as an option- And ive been stuck as grade 11 age 17 for a while. Using /grade says that i am "at the maximum grade" i wish to be 19 or at least 18, can someone help fix this?
