Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on SRP would definitely fall under the high category of activity. I spent more time on SRP than any of my other games in 2025, based on playtime alone, SRP might be the 3rd most hours I have on a game/server ever. SRP allowed me to gain friends that I never even thought I'd make, and it gave me a sort of second home in game, where I can just roleplay things with the friends I have, and the friends I make along the way. Within those hours I spent on the server, I have gained some experience with many different versions of RP like, CombatRP, FamilyRP, and others that I can't really list off the top of my head. I am mostly on during the evening (4 pm CST onward) although there are sometimes I play before heading to work at like 11 am or 12 pm CST. I have some experience with other factions too such as Teacher. I've been in the teacher faction for a few months, and I've learned things through people in other factions such as Governor, Shrine, and Shopkeeper, as well as Sports.

What is your motivation for applying?:
The police faction is something I've been very interested in since I started playing, I originally began playing in 2021, but took a 4 year break starting again in 2025, and since 2025 I've had multiple encounters with the faction, all of them really enjoyable and I can tell they enjoyed their time in the faction. I've wanted to apply to the police faction, but I never really had confidence in my abilities so I applied elsewhere. I'm finally giving the application a shot and hoping for the best as I feel like this would be the faction I fit in the best! But my point is, the police faction is a very fun faction to interact with and I feel that I would fit in with the faction very well and help create memorable interactions with other players in the server!
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?:
I have some knowledge of police work, not much, but I am more than willing to learn! Some of my current knowledge of police work involves: Gear used within the faction and ranks.

Handcuffs | Restraints used after detaining the suspect, If a suspect resists being cuffed, rolls must be used to determine the outcome of the situation. (If they escape or get cuffed) |
Radio | Used to communicate with other officers, EMS, and Government. |
Pepper Spray | Used to temporarily blind a suspect for 60 seconds, can be blocked if the suspect uses a Gas Mask, must roll to use, and be within a 2 block range to successfully use. |
Crowbar | Accessible to only Corporals and higher, used to pry open doors and containers, can be stolen from the officer if out rolled. |
| Tranquilizer | Used to tranquilize a suspect if they are resisting, requires an action and a successful roll to be used, when successful the target is unconscious for 2 minutes. |

Corporal | Third rank within the KPD, they are the leading position of the Patrol unit. Corporal officers are usually the ones conducting the Cadet training, and do the same things as the Patrol Unit. |

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?:
Police are important to maintain balance in the SchoolRP server, to encourage roleplay based on justice, without them, crime would be on an outrage, Karakura would be filled with crime all day everyday. Having a police faction forces CrimeRP to be on the edge of their seats, allowing more thrill within each roleplay, wondering if they will or wont be caught doing their specific crime. Both CrimeRP and the KPD are the same in that way, without CrimeRP, there would be no need for the KPD, without the KPD, there would be no fun involved with crime, everyone would just get away with everything and there would be no balance. KPD could also be involved with practically any faction. EMS, Teacher, Crime you name it! All factions have a way to interact with the KPD, whether it be an altercation or something more serious. There are so many possibilities with the KPD, there's always something to do. The KPD overall is a fun faction to be in and to interact with because of how much importance the faction holds within the server, especially with balancing out all the factions.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
"I'm like... Me! Ya'know? I got dark red hair, muscles for days, and a decent personality! I'm a good fit, right?"
Nicolo is a tall Italian individual standing at 6'5" with dark red hair, chocolate brown eyes, and a snake tattoo that curled around his right arm that spreads onto his chest and back. He has a surprisingly athletic body, all he put through countless weight training and cardio. He may be past the age, but Nicolo always acts like he's part of Gen-Z, he never speaks like an adult casually, although he does know how to when dealing with things professionally. His preferred color scheme for clothing has always been yellow and black, with his red hair he always dyed when he was younger, it always seemed to fit him the best. Nicolo always carries himself loosely, never tense, always joking around, he's always casual with everyone, a very chill person that attempts to get along with everyone.
His personality blooms from his time as a Teacher at Karakura high, his interaction with the students there changed his view on the world and how he should act, he wanted to fit in, within his time there, his personality did a 180, he was once a loner until he hosted his first drama class, that's where he realized just how he wanted everyone to see him, just like one of them. With his experience as an actor he was able to create the perfect personality according to his liking. A very loose and enjoying life kind of personality.
His tattoos come from when he was a small child in Italy, he was very afraid of snakes as a child, he used that fear and turned it into determination, years later now, he is still very afraid of snakes.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
"I'm very professional, as professional as a professional professional! As casual as a lamb too. No idea what that means but it felt like it fit... Was that too much?"
Nicolo likes to joke around, he likes to use his laid backness to keep situations in control. But he will act as professionally as he can when prompted to. When in a professional situation he will do all that he can to make sure those around him know he's serious, he'd drop the unnecessary jokes and change the way he acts completely to make sure he's taken seriously. Although when Nicolo is in a casual interaction, he acts as if you're one of his best friends, and will do everything in his power to joke around. Doesn't matter if the joke's funny or not, he will throw a joke at you in an attempt to make you laugh and show that he's someone you can hang out with.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
"Coworkers are like family... right? I love my family, I might as well love my coworkers too."
Nicolo views his coworkers as his friends and loves to work with others, just as with anyone he interacts with, he jokes around with them. He views teamwork as friendship, the main goal of teamwork to him, is to get along and have fun. He almost never takes full control of a situation, he leaves room for others to give their opinion before making a final decision. Overall Nicolo's outlook on such is as they need to get along, in his opinion, if you don't get along with your coworkers, you're not working right.

My father was a stay at home dad, he didn't like working, meanwhile my mother owned a flower shop back in my hometown, Milan, Italy. I would sometimes help out after school, but there was only ONE reason I kept going back to that flower shop, it wasn't to see my mother, it wasn't to work and get money... It was to see this specific flower, the sunflower. I loved the look of that thing so much, It had me captivated, I couldn't stop looking at it... One day, someone bought it. Tragic right? I spent days trying to secretly find out who bought it, who took it away from me. Eventually I just gave up and asked my mom, she told me it was a man who owned a local theatre downtown. I begged her for days and days to bring me there, and she finally did. I learned a lot that day, I learned that sometimes it's better to let go of things."

I remember playing the villain all the time when it came to playing superheroes. I didn't mind it, because I got to act like someone else, something different from my usual self. I took plenty of classes in school, plenty of practice at home. One night I came home from school, everything felt normal, we were supposed to eat dinner and go watch a play of my favorite movie at the time. I was really excited to go see it, so excited in fact that I finished only half of my dinner and got up to throw it away so that they could hopefully leave quicker. I was in fact still very hungry, but I just really wanted to go see that play as quickly as possible. It was at that same theatre that bought the sun flower, so of course I had to go see the flower too. I was stoked, it was like I've waited my entire life for this event, the whole cast of my favorite movie was going to be there! And then, it happened. The sudden impact of a huge explosive... Sirens start blaring, the once calm night, had turned into a complete panic. More explosions, the sirens got louder, screams echoed... There went my plans of going to see that play, sure I was upset about it, but at that time I was more scared than anything. I took a look out of our window and all I saw was people scattering, they were terrified, just as much as I was. My Parents rushed me and my brother into the basement as we heard more booms, I couldn't move, I was frozen in place. My brother held me as more and more explosions were heard..."

On this particular night, it of course decided not to work, and we all went tumbling down the stairs into the complete darkness of our basement. All I could make out was my brother's face, I've never seen anything like that look on his face... My brother, Rocco was always calm, it almost seemed like nothing could shake him. But an event like this could traumatize anyone, and that it did. Now here's where my memory fails me, the next thing I remember was all the noise suddenly coming to an abrupt stop. No booms, no rumbling, no sirens, no screaming, it was dead silent... It took us a second, but eventually my parents went up to check on everything... The whole town was rubble, it went from a peaceful town in Italy to ruins in under an hour. There were only a few buildings left standing, our home sadly not being one of them. At this point Milan was no more, we had to leave. But first, we helped out all the survivors of the attack, we were working directly with the Milan police and EMS team. We'd help locate the survivors, excavate them, and report the dead. We worked all night, it was at that time that I gained a sort of admiration for the Police force, they had no warning that anything like this was going to happen, and yet they jumped in and did everything they could to save everyone they possibly could. They were calm and collected even though they just went through the most trauma inducing event they possibly could've went through. From then on, I wanted to be one of them."

It was for Karakura's reconstruction. Mom suggested we try there because Japan seemed to be a good spot for Immigrants... We had enough money saved up to travel there, not enough to live. It was our only choice at the time that seemed reasonable, so we left immediately. We arrived at the airport to complete chaos, everyone had the same idea as us, they wanted out of Milan and we didn't blame them. We were fortunate enough to get our tickets at a reasonable time and were able to depart, I hope everyone was able to get away and get somewhere safe from that airport... It was a long 12 and a half hour flight, it felt like we were gonna get shot out of the sky at any moment... I was scared for my life, I'm sure everyone on that plane was as well... Before we knew it, we arrived. All in one piece might I add... Me and my brother were ecstatic... I was all confident in the few Japanese words I somewhat knew, so confident in fact that I decided to attempt to introduce myself to the class. I ended up saying 'My bathroom is Nicolo' tragic. I was known as the bathroom kid for that entire course of summer classes. Then came high school... My first year in Karakura high was an odd one, I was all new to Karakura, no friends, still not much of an understanding of the Japanese language I barely passed Summer classes, but I was alive, that's all that mattered to me, my family and I were alive and able to start again. The first two years of high school breezed by, I made some friends, and I was now able to speak Japanese fluently. I took quite a few drama classes too, it all seemed to be working out for me... Sure my grades weren't the best but I was happy, I was living my life as fully as I could. My year of being an 11th grader began and I was optimistic, there were a few goals on my mind that year and I remember them completely... Number 1: Get a girlfriend, Number 2: Join the Preforming arts club, and finally Number 3: Train to become an officer. I hit the gym everyday before school and after school, I started shaping my body to become more nimble and stronger, while doing so I gained the attention of my soon to be wife, Colette. We hit it off immediately, talking whenever we could at school, and all day and night after. We constantly went on dates and did whatever we could to hang out. Eventually we graduated... My family was too poor to afford college so I put my acting talents to use and became a drama teacher at Karakura high, for a while everything went great! I got married to Colette and was having a great time, but I just felt like I was missing something, One night I was sat on our apartment's porch and was thinking about what this uneasy feeling was, and then I saw it. My best friend at the time was walking down the alleyway before getting surrounded by a bunch of people in black, and before I knew it, he was on the ground. I got up and ran over to him as quickly as I could... I called EMS and kept trying to get him to stay with me, but I was too late... He was pronounced dead that next morning. That lit a fire in me, I needed to catch these guys before they do that to anyone else, I need to stop them... I quit my job as a drama teacher and came here. And that leads us to now... So! Do you know a bit about me now?"

"This has to be a joke right? You're serious about this? No, you cannot legally own a pocket knife in Karakura... I mean if you want a pocket knife, you'd be fine with some jail time right? No excuses cut it either, Heh 'cut it' But absolutely not... One hundred percent no, hell a thousand percent no. What are you gonna do with it, stab someone? That too could add some extra time to your sentence, That's what you're doing right? Getting a big number in years of jail? It's still a no, illegal weaponry is a big no-no."

"Ooh! Ooh! I read this somewhere! Uh definitely bandages right? Because that's like a piece of paper that's stuck to your wound... I wonder how they figured out about that... I'm pretty sure I didn't need one when I bought some cough medicine when I was sick that one time like 3 months ago... The substitute was NOT happy that I was sick... My class was full of some crazy kids... I think a cane wouldn't require one, it's literally a stick used for walking... Hell if I needed one, I'd probably find a larger branch off the ground and use it, it'll save a TON of money, like 7 thousand yen's worth... That could buy me like... 70 milk cartons... That's a lot of milk... Vitamins shouldn't need one either because like oranges and stuff have those in there right? I'm so smart on this stuff I know... Oh! Also my mom didn't need one when she bought hearing aids! So that should be five... right?"
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
"Woah woah woah! Why are we beating people? That isn't nice! You know we have protocol for this right? You really shouldn't be doing that... That's like a crime it self... If you're committing crimes... You shouldn't be an officer! Because like we arrest people who commit crimes, we don't do them ourselves! And if they keep doing it" Nicolo would make a radio noise "Kchrtch! Officer Forger requesting immediate backup... This idiot forgot what our main duty is as a police officer and is beating up people for fun and that's NOT cool!" Nicolo would drop the act "All jokes aside though, that's a serious crime for an officer to commit, we should be bringing peace to Karakura, not violence. I would bring it to a Higher Up immediately and call EMS for a checkup on the inmate."

"Wait, which coworker? It just isn't right and very frustrating... My first thought is to attempt to talk them out of it, but the right thing to do is to report it to a Higher Up.
