EVIDENCE:
(sorry the first screen shot is very blurry) 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I made a request for some items that have been stolen from me and most of them had returned, but the bunny mask was different and I couldn't but it on me. I was really disappointed and after reloging many times, nothing worked and I still couldn't get the mask on me.
